Called to report an ADA violation by a manager was told dm christine would reach out TWICE never actually called back. It's a pity. This had been a nice place did service training for years never had a problem, but apparently they have hired a bigoted manager who actually says their business forbids service animals with a sign on their door (it only mentions pets). Then makes a whole line wait an extra 10 minutes while she hides in the back instead of doing her job. Still waiting on a call back after over a month.

10/5 still no call back or email or IM from Facebook/Instagram/app it's getting to the point it's not even about the money it's been weeks since this and this company has stolen my money not given me a product and has gotten away with being just a POS company. So not use the Bojangles app
Update: still have not received my refund or heard from anyone from the store update. Bojangles still sucks
I am trying to get a refund for an order I placed online that was not ready in the store when I went to pick up. All the staff in the restaurant up to and including the manager laughed about what happened when the good was not ready and did not try to help so I left without any food I just want a refund I have sent multiple messages and left a refund request online but it has been multiple days and I still haven't heard from Any one my order was for 52$ and I ended up going somewhere else to feed my family that night after a 10 hour trip home from New York do not order online from Bojangles they will act like the machine broke and then laugh about it and not help with a refund request or anything or it's an absolute joke

We have been served uncooked biscuits the past three times we have visited! Raw dough in the middle and totally inedible. Called in to the location to inform them only to get an “ok,” then placed a complaint with photos through corporate. Never pleasant service and always dirty when we eat in. Gross environment, rude employees, terrible service. Do not plan to visit in the future or waste your money.

Stopped in the afternoon starving. Young lady at the register was busy talking and couldn't talk and do her job. So her job was done poorly. Left and got too far away to turn around. Honey mustard container was sliced open and leaking all over. Tenders were a little better than microwave food. Not very good.
So I ordered a 8 piece box. I was told that they only had breast and thighs. No legs, no wings. So I accepted that. However, depending on what you like, this could be a good thing or a bad thing... I received 8 breast. Bojangles servers CHICKEN, right? How could you not have CHICKEN available? This isn't the 1st time I've gone to a Bojangles and certain parts weren't available. But when those serving you doesn't even no what the difference between a thighs and breast you have to wonder. The worst part of the experience was the 17 minutes it took for them to serve the car in front of me. Bojangles you have great chicken, you charge way too much for it, could you provide better service and have desired selection available, I'm just saying....

Went through drive thru to get the special for 6.69 she gave me my total 9.29 I got to the window said ma'am that doesn't sound right. She said 9.29 9.29 that's your total I said your very rude, I'm trying to ask you what you rung me up for. Manager comes up retakes it the right order I tell her no matter how my day goes I smile and speak because you never know how someone day is going. Out of 26 years of customer service when I walk in my job I'm smiling and customer service ready. Any way the manager tells her it's fine it's ok just do your job. Which was wrong she she have told her smile and make them feel welcomed whether you wanna be here or not this is your job. I won't be going back but I'll definitely be calling corporate. Sandwich chicken filet was and crispy hard to chew. It's fine I still left smiling, still tipped the manager, and still going to pray for them.

It took over 15mins. To place order, girl at window could not get order correct had to tell her several times what I wanted. Got order grits were cold, one biscuit was not cooked good and the other one was dry and half cold. Parked and went in to get grits replaced , cashier acted like she didn’t know what I was wanting and all I ask was did they have any hot grits, the ones they gave me were cold after talking to another worker that had a attitude she replied we only cook grits one time a day and they are cold by 10:00 am. Well this was 9:00 am. So I again I ask for a refund and they acted like I was speaking another language so she yelled for the manager, when she finally came to the front she ask what I needed I replied my money so after about 10 minutes Ifi ally got my money and left and will not be back.Thanks for your sorry food and service
