A young girl stood in the back in plain view and played in her hair, in the kitchen and got an attitude because I said something, just rude In her wrong! Food was fresh and hot because we waited for fresh chicken.

Horrible place. So many old people it's like an old folks home in the lobby. They're slow, smelly, take forever to order, and complain and nitpick their order holding up the line like no one else matters. Thought maybe I'll do an online order, try to skip all that. NOPE! Get there, and every time it's not even made. I have to literally tell them that I ordered online and I'm in a hurry. SMH. Does nobody in Beulaville understand why it's called fast food??

This place is actually the epitome of sorry. I sat in line for 15 minutes until I got to the ordering box, then i waited another 10 to get to the window. When I got there they informed me they canât take tap to pay as itâs company policy. I have been to every other bojangles around and have always been able to use tap to pay with no issues, but whatever I work customer service so I get it. I had to go inside and wait another 5 minutes to be able to pay, mind you my food sitting here getting cold while im dealing with all this. When I got to the car and checked my food, I had no sauces at all, my âsweetâ tea might as well have been unsweet, the lid wasnât pushed down on either cup, i had no straws, no napkins, and my fries were cold. So I went inside and resolved that, no one apologized, no one took accountability or nothing. At this point im just glad I got my food. So all in all I spent 21 dollars on food with wasnât fit to eat, I had to spend 40 minutes to get when it should have taken five, and my order wasnât correct after all that. Please donât waste your time or money coming here. They donât care about their paying customers who they literally wouldnât be able to keep the doors open without. Just stop to the gas station to hold you over until you can find something worth eating and youâll be better off.

Came in this morning and the girl at the register belched good and loud right in my face practically. Never said excuse me, I'm sorry just what you want. Then came back this afternoon and workers dropping the F bomb like they didn't have coustermers listening to everything they said.
This was my first visit to Bojangles. We stopped for lunch as we traveled through North Carolina. Great customer service!! Everyone was so friendly! And the food⊠delicious!! And those biscuits⊠oh my!! The best!!
