The lady that waited on us was kind and friendly, the shift was changing, alot of chatter and less attention to the customers. A young girl stood in the back in plain view and played in her hair, in the kitchen and got an attitude because I said something, just rude In her wrong!
Food was fresh and hot because we waited for fresh chicken.

This was my first visit to Bojangles. We stopped for lunch as we traveled through North Carolina.
Great customer service!! Everyone was so friendly! And the food… delicious!! And those biscuits… oh my!! The best!!

It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Which day of the week it is. Who’s working or how many people are in line. This is the S L O W E S T drive thru line I’ve ever encountered.
