I hate to say it but, when it is getting late in the evening, fries can be very old/cold, theyn will give you something not hot and fresh but charge you $12- $14 for a burger combo. 😆 Most of the workers are very nice though! Bathrooms need a remodel bad!

I just left the store. I had an issue with my order, but the staff didn’t hesitate to correct it. Everyone was so friendly and took initiative to fix the issue! They deserve a raise off of that alone

I stopped to get lunch on 11/2/25 around 1pm on a Sunday,maybe two cars in drive thru. I guess it should have been a warning when their only competition in a small town is a McDonalds across the street and the traffic in their parking lot looked like a grand opening at Starbucks.Ordered the hotdog combo and the bun looked like it had been chewed on and the onions looked like they came off of a leftover sandwich,fries were soggy and not sure the last time the drink machine was cleaned and calibrated,but it tasted like algae. I took it in and the asst manager acted like they didn't understand why I was complaining.I will attach a picture of what I got and what I got at a different location today.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while..our fries were hot ..not warm but hot and salted perfectly..the crew there was so nice and friendly..I don't normally go to Hardee's but from now on I'm definitely going back

Food was cold and not to order employees looked dirty and carless this has been the second time I have been here in the past week and I must say it’s very disappointing when you have to come home and clean up your food and cut onions and pickles to put on your sandwich and pop your fries in the microwave I live only 3 minutes from the restaurant!! Do better or bring your price down for the level of care and quality of food you sell

First and last visit to Hardee's in Beulaville. I ordered a Frisco combo and the fries were old, cold and inedible. The meat on the burger was very thin and over cooked, crusty and dry around the edges. The girl at the window, Hope P. was nice and friendly. It took what felt like a long time to get the food even though I was the only customer. $10.39 for nasty food that I did not eat. Shame on them for serving food they had to know was not hot or fresh.

Took our payment lady at the window was rude, after waiting 14 mins after they pulled me for my food, I had to walk inside to get my food. Than the lady that was massively rude after I told her I was waiting for my food for 14 mins… after said and done she had no clue what I was waiting on NEVER AGAIN thanks but no thanks
At Hardee’s today went inside place my order with my grandson and was approached By a big roach just walk up to us glad we went in never would’ve known cancel that will not be back nasty no thanks
