I thought all McDonalds were the same. Boy was I wrong. This one was awful. The staff tried but the food was terrible. My wife's sandwich was ice cold, cheese not melted, just not good. I've eaten a burger or two at McDonald's over the years and this one tasted nothing like one. It tasted like an odd mixture of meat. It wasn't good either. The drinks were watered down. Not enough syrup, not even close. I always liked McDonald's food when I needed a quick bite on the road. If they all were like this one I'd switch to Wendy's.

We had to wait 25 minutes after placing an order on the mobile app just to receive cold, bitter food and attitude from the staff. The whole experience was disorganized and disappointing. Haven’t eaten there in a couple of years for this reason and see that things have not changed there at all. Much better in Richlands and Kenansville. Do better, McDonald’s of Beulaville.

They take forever to give you your food. I waited literally 45 minutes to get my Iced coffee and I had to keep on insisting for my Iced coffee. Besides the very slow service they have rats ?. Instead of being a burger place it is a Chinese rat take-out.
I thought Hardee's was bad! JFC these scrubs are even worse! Imagine wanting $15 an hour but not being able to complete simple tasks like.. extra tarter, or no ketchup, pouring coke instead of tea. LOL this place is a shining example of lazy workers that don't care. I know it's McDonald's I shouldn't expect that much, but Jesus you're raising prices and asking for more money, you're ganna have to do way better

Every single time I come to this McDonalds for my son I have to wait 20 or more minutes. Even when I use the app for curbside. And they rarely get the order right after it took so long to get it.
