I had a really good meal here. It was the closest to the original Pizza Hut that I've had in a looong time. It's sad how far Pizza Hut has gone from the family sit-down restaurant that it was.

I haven't been a fan of Pizza Hut since their makeover several yrs ago but decided to give this one a try. We had a short wait and we were greeted, although without much enthusiasm at the counter. Any questions we had regarding the selections required some effort to get an answer. Not much was volunteered. With that being said, we placed our order and after a short wait were pleasantly surprised with the quality and tastiness of the food we ordered. Again, not my favorite place to eat but I would eat there again. The food was good .
Parking: Not a huge parking lot but seems to be more than ample
After spending 40$ you think they might not send out food looking like this... Totally disappointed and outraged at quality of their service!

I always order the big box dinner. I usually check to make sure sauces are in the box because theres been a few incidents when I got home and there were no sauces. Well today I was in a hurry and instead of checking for myself, I just asked the girl at the register in which she assured me they were in the box! Got home and guess what? NO SAUCE!!! Oh and the cheese bread is so hard you can't even eat it ?....

I have ordered the last two Friday nights and it took an hour to an hour and a half for delivery. The first Friday night the order was not correct, the second Friday night the pizza was not hot.
Experience was great from Daishia taking my phone order for takeout. She was very professional, kind and efficient. My pizza was made perfectly just the way I asked it to be. I ordered a Veggie Lovers that came with lots of fresh veggies and cooked perfectly. I don't eat pizza often but Pizza Hut Beulaville will be my choice for when I do want pizza. My husband picked it up for me and said that the restaurant was very clean. Another plus for me!

This was a strange experience. The pizza was alright but the employees were really strange acting. It started with "the computer up front isn't working" so I stood there and waited as the employees kept looking at me chattering then they all went to the back. Well when they came back out this other lady comes over and offers to take my card to the back to run it so I can get going. I expressed I was in no rush and I'll use cash instead. She then gave me a side eye and just magically the computer up front was working and she accepted my card. Now I'm not accusing anyone of anything but y'all just be aware of scams and card theft here. It was strange. I'll never ever return to this pizza hut again.
Typical Pizza Hut on quality, etc, but DO NOT TRUST THE APP. App indicated order ready for pick up when the order failed to go through. Didn't find out till at the counter. Later found an email that the order failed. Why an email and not a notice on the app??...you'll have to ask PH.
