I will never go back. Your lunch break is over before u can get your food, wait time is awful. Why would you let meats run out an have to wait for a pan full to be sliced before you can get any, an at 12 o'clock. Three people on clock, one trying to wait on everyone with a backed up line. Manager saw an never came out to assist. Yes, we walked out after 20 mins along with others. You better have all day if you plan on going. I won't be back, I need a lunch break, not waiting in line.

Came here after our first pediatrician appointment at 3 days postpartum from a c section. No one is in the parking lot. We do an app order and drive over about 5 min after our appointment/after placing the order. We did wait the full 20 minutes but the food was still not ready. We watched them turn MULTIPLE customers away. It is now 30 minutes past us ordering and our food is still not ready. They did say they had a catering order to fill but 3 people are working. Like come on let’s divide and conquer maybe?? Their work ethic SUCKS and they move so slow we thought we were at the DMV.

-from a new mom 3 days postpartum that just wanted food and to go home but ended up having to sit in the car with a new born for 40 minutes for 2 subs.

Toppings were old and slime. Had some mold on one cucumber that was frozen into it. Had a special and they didnt even know how to ring it up at the register. Keep driving!

I placed an online order at this location on Wednesday November 26, 2025. Unfortunately, their was only one staff member working and when I arrived at the pickup window she was busy working on an inside customer's order. Once she finished with them, she went to the back for about 5 minutes. Once she returned, it looked like she began working on my order and set the subs to the side. She looked at me, but she never came to the pick up window to acknowledge me. After waiting for 20 minutes, another customer came inside and she began making their order.

I contacted Subway customer support to request a refund since I did not receive my food and I got an automated email that the concern had been forwarded. But, after a week, I have had no response from them and now cannot even access the case I submitted to request an update. Instead you have to interact with the Subway AI which just does not have the correct options for this instance.

This has happened once before at this location with only having one employee, but at least the young man that day came to the window and explained he was behind and it would be another 10 minutes.

I ordered two sandwiches with sauce on the side because my son doesn’t like too much sauce on his sandwiches. They didn’t follow directions and put a whole bunch of sauce so I had to get him something else to eat. SMH I was not happpy

The young lady was very friendly and did an excellent job making our subs and the place was immaculate.The only negative was when we got home to eat our subs the bread was a little stale. This is why a 4 star instead of 5.

Stood at counter approximately 20 minutes while employee was making special order sandwiches, while other employees stayed in back. Front employee had requested help, but no one came. So we went elsewhere

Always out of tea and water tastes like something dead as well as lemon aid and everything else. Employees don't seem to be concerned.

For over a year now we have been using out dated coupons and today out of the blue they said NO then one kind of bread was offered NO PROVOLONE CHEESE, NO GREEN PEPPERS Management was very rude. Tomato's so hard , lettuce was so brown and slimy probably get food poisoning

550 pm on Saturday March 29 to get dinner the girl behind counter
Refused to serve us wouldn't even talk to us Just gave us dirty looks
No other customers were there
