It’s been awhile since I have ate here. It will definitely be awhile before I eat here again. I always get the protein bowl. Well, they hardly put anything in these bowls like they should.

Customs like myself pay 8-9 dollars for these things just to get not even half of a bowl? And it’s mostly lettuce? That’s just ridiculous. If I wanted that much Lettuce I would order a salad….

Where’s the manager here??? Barley Any workers here anymore and extremely slow customer service ! manager needs to stop slacking and actually sell this place at this point cause they clearly don’t know who and what to hire anymore

i ordered on the app and it took an hour for them to actually start making my ONE sandwich! imagine if i was on my 30 minute lunch break? i guess id just be without lunch and down 10 bucks. not only that but theres been a sandwich sitting on the line wide open for about 30 minutes so whoevers that is, i feel for you. probably the guy thats been sitting in the drive thru almost the entire time ive been here. never again will i waste my time here

Never been in this location but went out of convenience. Walked in to a long line and 3 people working with 1 appearing to be new so I thought to be patient as I understand…HOWEVER..after waiting in line for almost 45 minutes, finally going to checkout and exhausting all my patience.. the women at the counter tells me AFTER she already made my sandwiches that they are cash only. She repeatedly told me there was a sign on the doors however after looking they were small and unnoticeable. I told her she should be telling customers before they order again about the no cash as they were clearly unnoticeable by several customers as another women behind me in line also didn’t notice but thankfully went out to her car and got cash. Thankfully the registers took my card fine but the women was rude and condescending about me not noticing the signs that she repeatedly told me were posted however I combatted that with her and the staff not communicating properly past that point..what if I were with a disabled customer who could not read the sign? What then? Many what ifs that could have been avoided. Very disappointed.

Place overall seemed a bit dirty and the worker refused to serve us as we came in due to online orders taking precedence over in store customers. She told us it would be 15-30 minute wait for her online orders. Didn’t see anyone else inside helping her so either the store is too busy for one employee or the employees are terrible at their job. Regardless having a long wait for a sandwich in store so that all of their online orders can be filled ahead of in store service seems a little backwards. 0/10

Wasn’t able to order any food because as soon as we walked in the woman at the counter told us it was going to be a long wait because she was doing online orders…. She said at least 15 minute wait. Never been somewhere where they didn’t just stop doing the online orders to take care of the in person customer.

The food was ok, it was a sandwich. What got me was the young lady busting her butt all alone with a busy shop. Give her a shout out she held it down and made my husband happy to give a tip to you.. really hope you don't have to share.

Walked into this Subway around 6:30 on a Friday night. It was completely dead. I wasn't acknowledged upon walking in. I finally had to speak up, then was told to wait bcuz she had 4 orders ahead of me (all mobile or pickup). She chose to do those orders first, so I ended up waiting for 20 mins before I ordered my 2 sandwiches. The veggies were either going bad or were already bad, the staff wasn't the least bit friendly, and the sandwiches don't taste fresh. Highly recommend bypassing this Subway to go to a different one!

This particular subway is usually much better. This crew was not so great He didn`t listen. The usual order that we place this time was a bit skimpy bread was smashed down. We were to far down the road to turn around and bring the order back which would have been a first .
