I’ve ate at this bojangles since it open and it has went down hill so much in the last few months. One day we visited and they were out of EVERYTHING! Like you couldn’t even get a complete meal. One day the card machines were down. Then today I waited on my food 20 mins and saw people who ordered after me got thier food. I asked the lady who appeared to be a manager about my food. She replies.. what did you order? I told her and she yelled to the back for them to make it. Apparently they gave my food to someone else! When I actually got my order the fries were so hard and gross. The food overall isn’t good anymore. Where is the management here? Inside is very dirty and the customer service is very bad. Today was the last day they beg my money. Someone needs to step up and turn this place around.

We went to the drive thru around 915pm. The lady was nice and polite. But the food was awful. We didn't have straws or napkins in the bag. We order two number nine chicken Supremes combos with honey mustard. One with fries and one with dirty rice and a child's chicken supreme with ranch. They put honey mustard in child's order didn't tell us that they didn't have ranch just assumed. There was not biscuits in the first orders. There was a biscuit in the child's order. I tried the biscuit which taste like all flour! The rice didn't taste like dirty rice. Everything was nasty! Don't go here.

Come on Guys. The lack of urgency in service is sad. The red shirt was slouching around with no sense of purpose . The service li e was empty. No food in the service at noon on a Sunday. REALLY. It sad to see how far down this place has sunk. This use to be a really good place where the workers liked to serve the customers. Tember kept this place spot on. All the time.

No one waited on us for several minutes. Only chicken available was 6 very crispy chicken legs. Had to wait several minutes for someone to prepare our food. Fries were cold and got about half an order. Will not be back.

This local business is quite annoying. Placed an order online at Biscoe. Had the order and receipt but, because the order did not come through their system yet the person in drive thru was very rude stating nothing she could do and told me I could get out of drive thru because of other peoples orders that they had waited 10 minutes and finally went in and picked it up. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL GO ELSEWHERE!

We have had so many issues with this store in biscoe. This place shouldn’t even be open anymore. They went two weeks with no card reader. Management is non existent as far as I can tell. Continually out of stock on sides and main items. Today was probably the worst waited 15mins to get my order taken, out of all sides again. Then proceeded to wait 30mins for no one to answer the drive through window…. Went inside and there were three young boys running the entire store with no help. No leadership and panicking due the large amounts of customers that were understandably upset. The absolute defeat they had on their faces was enough for me to leave and never comeback. They are all clearly under the age of 19. Bojangles should be ashamed of leaving them so helpless. Just close the store. Just leave BISCOE. You clearly don’t care to support anyone and it’s frankly disgusting.

We normally love bojangles, but we will never go back to this one. Three guys working. Handed us our food, first had no fries. Asked for the fries for our combos, they were cold and dry (I'm assuming old). Biscuits were also dry (again assuming old), which I have never experienced at bojangles. Chicken, also dry and cold. Worse experience at fast food ever! The food was not edible
Unfriendly staff. Slow service. Employees talking amongst each other about not filling fries up past the opening in the tiny fry bag. Out of Ranch. Wanted to charge 42 cent for bo sauce after the order was being picked up. I am not going back into the line and wait to break a $10 bill for 42 cent of sauce. Not to mention it should already be built in to the price being paid. Its a chicken joint. Who doesn't order a sauce of some form with chicken?
Of course you already know these issues because its all over your reviews. I should have checked before coming. Will not be back.

The bathrooms were functional. Two female employees were giving some effort but the other employees actively sabotaged service. After 45 min, watching countless other customers leave with out food and requesting a refund we finally were given food (incorrectly)

Where are the managers? Does the owner of this facility just not care? The employees are useless and slow. They move with the speed and intention of grass growing. Bojangles is responsible for letting this restaurant get this bad. It shows their lack of concern for the money you spend. If your thinking of visiting this location. Run.... don't stop. Show Bojangles this is unacceptable. My family and I will not return.
