No water at sink to wash hands in females bathroom. So gross. Female customers and employees aren't able to wash hands before leaving the bathroom.

Consistently out of core items like Chicken and Biscuits. I’m not sure how they’re still open. I’ve given up on this place.
The food is good. But never ready. You always have to pull to the side and wait. They always, like seriously always forget condiments you ask for by the time they bring it out. It has gotten to be frustrating for many going here latly.

i went sunday to eat there and the lobby was close, i order thru the window and they said it will be 45 min before they can complete my order, we wait and after 1 hour i check and they said they forgot to put my order in the system, chicken is good this review is not about their food is about the service and the way they handle thing is not the first time they let me down
