Visited today. No biscuits & they didn't tell you till ordered. Asked how long be & told no idea by staff. Refused refund till we demanded. Ugly, rude staff. This place needs to close if can't provide service. Also, rude to elderly lady that asked for cream for coffee. They had none!

I HATE BO LINDA THE DRIVE THRU SYSTEM. HATE IT. It’s someone’s job. Soon these will be everywhere. It got my order wrong, was slow, didn’t have answers and would start over. These buisness clearly no longer want to pay ppl. So they rather have machines take our jobs. Ppl better tighten up on this stuff and stop embracing this future. I would choose a worrisome or bad day PERSON then a machine any day.

Update went last week person bagging our food didn't know what went in the box so the manager helped her but when we got home we were short our slaw. Then we went last night we were overcharged $17 manager corrected it when we got home we had 2 half gal. Unsweetened tea we ordered 2 sweet. IDK Whats going on there. We got 2 tailgate specials one was very good and fresh but the other one was not it looked like it had been sitting awhile.

Stopped here yesterday around lunch time, waited in line 30 mins or so, finally get to the window to see the cashier who was running the drive thru as well as making the food. Her and another girl were the only 2 working. There was a male in there not sure what his job was. Sad our restaurant industries are going down hill. This is the 3rd time in 3 months I've stopped here to be disappointed with cold or hard food. Have to give a shout out to the lady running the window, she remained polite, tried her best to still follow health and sanitary protocols even though she was working short staffed. To the owners of this Bojangles do better..

Place was just nasty inside,trash was full in every can, every booth was dirty, we got the last clean table in the dinning area. They weren’t busy at all the only they had ready to eat was supremes everything else they had to scramble around to get it cooked. It seemed like a bunch of young teens with no leadership in the house. Probably won’t stop here again when traveling or when I have business in Bisco.

Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. Drive thru is slower than the steak house. Food sucks. Always wrong and poorly cooked. Close this place down

Service is trash. Waited in line(only one person in front of me) for about 15 minutes. The cashier proceeded to make the customers order then went to the back. This was after he and I made eye contact while he was taking the previous customers order, so he knew I was there. After about 15 mins waiting for him from disappearing to the back, I just left. Total about 45 mins of wasted time. DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY!
