We experienced some very bad customer service at the drive-thru window today, cold food and the portions were off on the sides we ordered. I’m actually appalled. Welp! God bless ?
I got breakfast from Bojangles today, and it was certainly better than it has been in the past. I got the steak,egg, and cheese biscuit combo. They left my cheese off. That was major enough to lose a star. But everything else was OK.

Love love LOVE Bojangles. I was visiting here from Texas and I usually hear North Carolina and one thing I miss about it is Bojangles because they have the best fries. The staff are very sweet and the food is very good and the place is very clean.
