The food is good, and I understand that it was a Sunday and it's also extremely busy. However, I ordered through the app an HOUR before I came to pick it up. Only to wait another 20-30 minutes for my order to be ready when on the app it said it was ready.
The food is good. But never ready. You always have to pull to the side and wait. They always, like seriously always forget condiments you ask for by the time they bring it out. It has gotten to be frustrating for many going here latly.
Rudeness of employees, employees all outside and food had a 20 minute wait for the chicken and rice bowl, and manager coming to window being rude also when we reminded them that we hadn't paid for our food yet but she ordered us to pull up so there timer could be stopped. I don't know what that means but that is why she said pull up. But there was no one else in line and we hadn't paid yet. So we got to watch a lot of employees outside playing and smoking.
