I have been going to Casa Mexicana for many years & have NEVER experienced such lack of respect & mannerism from the staff there until TODAY 1/7/26. I placed an order to go, explained to the person taking my order how I wanted the salad that came with my meal. He continues to tell me “that’s how it comes”. I mention to him that I was told the same thing last time and it in fact did not come how I asked for it. He proceeds to try and go back and forth with me about this over the phone. I end up asking him to just please make sure it has lettuce, sour cream, AND SHREDDED CHEESE. (I mention this like 3x) I get there to pick up my order, and as soon as he sees me he starts fussing at me about the same salad “situation” we had already talked about over the phone. He begins to tell me they never add anything extra, I tell him that the last time I had one to go it did have other toppings than what I specifically ordered. I told him I only wanted lettuce, sour cream, and cheese on my salad. He said it doesn’t come with cheese, we go back and forth until finally I tell him i’m not going to argue about how I want my salad. I DID NOT appreciate his tone of voice and was honestly embarrassed the way he was talking to me while other customers where around. There were 2 other men working there that saw the whole thing and didn’t even try telling him to stop fussing at me. At this point, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just make the customer’s food THE WAY THEY ASK? If the salad doesn’t come with cheese, why not just add it and charge extra if needed? I pay and take my food. When I get to work and take my food out my salad is still incorrect. I call them back to ask to speak to the owner and the guy who picked up (the same rude person) claims to be the owner. I start to question him why there wasn’t any cheese on my salad, he starts to talk over me, doesn’t offer an apology, and continues to argue with me about “what comes on a salad.” I hate I had this experience because now it makes me second guess myself on spending my money at a place that allows an employee to treat customers so poorly.

We stopped by for quick lunch on our way and they food was delicious. Staffs were attentive and friendly. Enjoyed our chips and salsa. Ordered lunch menu chicken fajitas, pork carnitas, special fajita and kids shrimp with fires. Everything was delicious.

We have been coming here for over 2 years and absolutely love the food, taste amazing But it seems like we keep getting LESS and LESS food in the ACP's we order, for 17 dollars a plate to get what they give us is absolutely RIDICULOUS! When every other place gives you what a 17 dollars Plate is Worth. I left for another restaurant because of this, and looks like I will have to again.

Stop by after attending an event in the area, their food is pretty good. The service was excellent and the place looks nice and clean. I would definitely recommend.
