We tried to stop here during our travels but this place was closed during normal operating hours. The gas station it’s attached to was also closed.
I never expect much from.DQ food however this was worst than I could ever imagined. The pretzels were wet soggy and microwaved. They didn't have the stuff to make must item on the menu. The server was nice and try to help and making thing the best she could

I went twice to get a banana split they had no bananas. Guy was a bit rude or like I was saying yeah I don’t want to do not recommend to come here unless you want to be disappointed.
Employees never greet you and always have a bad attitude. Most times they never have the ingredients needed for smoothies or just out of other items.

I ordered a cake on June 8th, 2024 to pick up on June 14th, 2024 at 11:00 am. I picked out how I wanted the cake and what to be put on it, I received a confirmation email and it said I would need to pay when picking up the cake. When I arrived today they said they did not have an order so I pulled up the confirmation email. The girl said they did not have the manager and that they do not do online orders. Well if online orders cannot be done then why is it an option? Also if it could not be done why was I not called or emailed? It was placed six days in advance. The girl then said the cake decorator would be in later which I couldn’t wait later I needed it now. Then I asked if she could just write congrats on a cake. She said no she couldn’t do that and told me I should’ve called. Well why would I call when I receive a confirmation email? Unprofessional and they obviously do not care about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is not our first time here, quality has been going down in the past several months. Ordered one medium peanut butter sundae and one medium plain sundae. The woman at the window handed us two pb ones. When we told her one was plain, I got a smaller size than what I paid for. The photo of the ice cream was taken a minute after receiving and 2 bites out of it. Ice cream itself was very melted. $8 wasted. I will never go to another dairy queen again. So disappointed because they used to be better than the one in asheboro.

The gentleman who waited on us was very rude. I am gluten free and all I wanted was the peanut parfait. They were out of the peanuts and they wouldn't just give me the parfait without the peanuts. So my husband and I walked away with nothing and went over to refuel Mart and got the ice cream they had. It's very poor customer service, especially when they wouldn't work with an gluten allergy. This is why they are going out of business.

I've tried 3 times now for 3 weeks. They have no banana's, then no strawberries...then 1 night they just said they couldn't make one. I hope it closes down due to inconsiderate, lazy workers who are just too lazy to make what I need.

I came to DQ in Biscoe NC and I'm waiting for 15 minutes and the employees don't help me. What terrible service
Pulled up to place order at drive-thru and no one answered. The time was 9:35, I waited for a minute or two and then pulled around to the window to see if something was wrong. All I could see was someone’s back sitting in a chair in the far room. I circled the building again and spoke into the drive-thru speaker saying “hello anybody there?”. Still no answer so I left. Not the first time this has happened.

Sorry but taking time to say the service is poor. Our turn at counter finally came at 9:20 No one would look at us, so I just waited until a woman came around and said they close the lobby at 9:30. I looked at my phone and it was 9:25. I stated “you’re not going to serve us when you just served the guy in front us”. Yes she said we close at 9:30. I said it isn’t 9:30. She then said this is the time we close and our drive thru is busy. Sorry I know they’re not getting paid a lot to be there, but that was egregious.
