Okay here's a funny..... I go through the drive-thru and it sounded like a speaker didn't work so he was all garbled so it's kind of hard to hear, but finally I got my order placed I wanted a banana split... I placed the order got to the window and waited and waited and waited..... Finally I was given my banana split and guess what it didn't have a wood with it LOL so I'm behind the wheel and I asked the kid, I rather stated that I was driving and wanted to know how I was going to drive home with a banana split with no lid... I said I'd be lucky to get home before it melted or before it fell all over my front lap ..I mean I swear common sense flew out the window lol

Pulled up to speaker at exactly 9:59am. No response despite seeing employees/activity. Pulled to window. Large w/f said we open at 10. I said np, ill drive back around & wait. She said you cant wait in drivethru. You have to wait in parking lot. Instead Just left. Hey DQ….please save your phony boilerplate response, instead focus on your abysmal reviews and then on training/monitoring your staff. Thx

The team was very helpful in getting a cake for my mother and father this past weekend for Mother’s Day/my dad’s birthday. The cake decorator and the woman who helped us were so kind, quick, and friendly! Thank you!

Pulled up to order and sat there for 5 minutes with n o answer. When I pulled around to window, the cashier came to the window and would not even speak until I asked her if she was going to speak. I asked for the owners name and phone number at which point she got the Manager. The manager told me that she does not know who the owner is and that she put a sign outside about the intercom. She said it's not her fault that the sign was gone and refused my order and closed the window.

Just had a lovely experience at this Dairy Queen. The staff went above and beyond ordinary service to make my three kids feel special when they came in from their cheer competition. Please give these ladies a raise and have them run a workshop on customer service bc it's dying....just not at the Biscoe DQ!

We tried to stop here during our travels but this place was closed during normal operating hours. The gas station it’s attached to was also closed.

I never expect much from.DQ food however this was worst than I could ever imagined. The pretzels were wet soggy and microwaved. They didn't have the stuff to make must item on the menu. The server was nice and try to help and making thing the best she could

I went twice to get a banana split they had no bananas. Guy was a bit rude or like I was saying yeah I don’t want to do not recommend to come here unless you want to be disappointed.
