The young guy in the drive thru with braces was very rude and huffed several times when asked to read back our order we waited in the line for almost 30 minutes with people behind us waiting also they never said pull up or anything will not be going back and then on top of it all still didn’t give us the right food

24 minutes total in the drive through, 5 cars in front of me (when we pulled in we was one behind the car to order)…had to remind the worker we didn’t receive the 2 hashrounds ordered (he did give us 3).
When it was time to order, heard the automated message it ended with something along the lines of “if your not using the app go ahead where listening”, I proceed to order our food - #6 with Diet Coke, cinnamon roll with hashrounds/ Diet Coke, a bacon/cheese biscuit with coffee- all the worker said $22.XX, not “can I get you anything else, or is that all for you” maybe it’s just where I was born and raised in Mount Airy, but this place doesn’t have any respect for their customers.
I do not recommend this location.

We had our two grandchildren 7 and 9. Clerk was very pleasant and helpful!
The place was busy for a Saturday afternoon. Staff very friendly inspite of some technical issues!

Eat lunch here regularly, have to wait on fries to cook every day. The food is usually acceptable, but the lack of urgency over getting the food out during lunch is unacceptable. Very aggravating.

Got there 10 after 9:00, waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while people were walking past repeatedly. One of the people who was cleaning up approached it us and said that they were closed and that no one locked the door., website and the door both say 9:30 . Would have been nice if someone said something while we were walking in instead of letting us stand there walking past numerous times. Didn't lock the door behind us.

Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss and it only came with one slice of mushroom. The Spicy Wraps didn't come with cheese and barely any seasoning. And the manager was the one in the kitchen sending out orders. Took a good 15 minutes or more for our order but other customers were waiting for their food much longer. One man waited for 45 minutes for 1 Hand Breaded Chicken sandwich. It's sad when you have to spend your whole lunch just waiting for your food. One lady came in from the drive thru saying she had been waiting 40 minutes for some chicken tenders. Not to mention they didn't have ice for cold drinks.
