This is the 3rd or 4th time in month I have come here and they don’t have any hamburgers. I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins for the rude manager to come tell me they are out of tenders and it’s gonna be 4 more mins. I tell him the cashier was rude and he said ok well regardless you are still waiting on strips. I am the manager at the QSR across the street and this is very disappointing and ridiculous. Manager (Tory) and cashier (Rihanna) needs to be fired. Hardee’s is my favorite place to eat and I will NOT BE BACK to the one in Biscoe. Oh and the manager has beer caps on his dreads!!!

There was one customer ahead of me when I ordered. That was 14 minutes ago. 6 people “working??” One poor sap preparing food and 4 working a cash register and window. They didn’t give me a receipt but my bank app timed the transaction. Food arrives at min 15 with hot fries and an undercooked cheeseburger. I will not make the mistake again of stopping at this Hardee’s.

My husband and I went there one day last week. We stood there waiting to get waited on and no one took the order so we decided to walk out. We went there today and I ordered a star burger and my husband ordered one of the bag meals. My burger had no mayo and the bread was rubbery and my husband's cheese burger was cold, the cheese was unmelted and his hot ham and cheese were refrigerator cold. The service was bad also. We were the only customers and it still took 25 minutes to get that terrible food. My husband demanded his money back and we left. We won't be returning there.
Nashville chicken sandwich was dryer than the desert ….. also got a double cheeseburger and they gave me a plane cheeseburger service is trash 🥲

Only customer at the entire store and I ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit combo only to get to my destination and have a biscuit with no egg. Service was very friendly but take the time to get the order right of the only customer you have.

In Biscoe ,NC they had three people inside placing orders. The cook had to be asked five times did he start my order. When manger/supervisor come in off break, ask did he start my order.All this time no answer. So manger go back make buger,by now all fries are gone. Was not going to wait on fries now .Only a half hour .Got money and left. Place was empty so atmosphere was good if you could get your food.
