Just wanted to give a big thank you to the staff at Jersey Mike’s in Biscoe. I called them today because I was trying to reach a sister store where I had a corporate order. The other stores phone was not working. Even though they’re not in the same franchise ownership, the manager in Biscoe worked really hard to find someone at that store. I was quickly called back by the other location And my order was perfect. Really appreciate the staff in Biscoe going above and beyond to help their customers

This was my second time stopping at this jersey mikes on a regular road trip I make. I was greeted and served by Stephanie. She was kind, respectful, and joyful. The restroom was clean and I can’t wait to eat my sandwich!

The subs are generally pretty good here. My main gripe is with the mobile order pickup at this location. They have the pickup area behind the counter so you have to stand beside the register and wait for everyone else to go through line before they acknowledge you standing there so you can say hey I just had a mobile pickup its already paid for. Its kind of ridiculous. One day I waited beside the counter 10 minutes before someone said anything to me for my sub not to be ready. Then at another date I waited beside the counter another 10-15 minutes for her to reach right beside herself and hand me the sub. Please if your going to do a mobile system have it where the customer can pick up there sub and leave, that is the whole point of ordering on the app.

I have never seen such a quick downturn in quality and service. When this place first opened it was incredibly well run. In the span of about two months it has gotten significantly worse. The portions randomly got halved to the point where you're eating almost entirely bread. The crew gets overwhelmed if they're serving anymore than 3 people at a time. I will credit them for being accepting of mistakes and rectifying them. I hope that this review is a wake up call because I do really like this place. But when two of your orders are messed up in a row and one of those orders is sent out with the wrong person, something needs to change.

It was my first time there... I have never been more disappointed.. I waited more than a half hour for a sandwich, and when I received it it was the worst sandwich I ever ate.. it was my first time and definitely my last time... I also asked for my vegetables to be toasted and cooked in with the cheese steak cheese steak usually gives you grilled vegetables he put fresh ones on top they were not cooked and they were cold and it made the sandwich just taste that much worse...

This team today at this JM. Wow! Excellent customer service during a very busy time! They made every guest feel welcome and special! They communicated with kindness and genuine interest to guests and to one another! They worked together to tackle a flux of orders all at once while still being polite and friendly to every one , every minute. This team is amazing! Best Jersey Mikes experience to date even though we had to wait - Cannot say enough good things! Way to go! Wish EVERY JM experience was as good as the one here in Biscoe , NC!!!
