If you would like to wait 15-20 min for a lukewarm latte made with microwaved milk, I would highly recommend. Otherwise, they should not allow folks to order items when machines are broken. The staff mentioned it was a known issue and shrugged their shoulders. 🤷🏻♀️

And then be looking at your cards number and very rude And I'm not going to put up with it ... And let's don't forget about the manager cuz she rude as hell as well it needs to be shut down
ordered a large hot chocolate at 4.25pm. it came out cold and less than half full. there's no excuse for this. it wasn't a difficult order and they took forever too.

The one time I didnt go with my wife and I should have! Ordered curbside, a BEC combo, SEC combo, and 2 coffees
They couldnt make my coffee bc their hot water isnt working, ok, my wife told them to just make it an ice coffee like hers. Waited 20+minutes, she had to go inside to get the food, only to be given, the 2 WRONG sandwiches, (no hashbrownz) gave her 1 coffee and oh DONT FORGET THE FREE APPLE PIE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! What a terrible time, had I been there they would've been forced to make the order the right way. This place to needs to go, the staff needs to lose their jobs and they need to put something else there.
Nothing but trouble when it comes to this establishment.
