My experience the food is nasty, I heard it too much Drama the workers and own are rude ash. I heard some people saying they were unhealthy and got little rodents n other bugs running around in the kitchen where the be making the food, i prefer people not to eat from there but hey people go do that anyway just a fair warning and i had got food from here before and i threw it right back up because it didn’t taste or smell good enough to eat.

They suck, there food is never any good there manger CANT do his job right. The owner came and drop off a delivery at my job, didn't ask anyone anything and there was three other ppl in the work space with me. He js walked out, he comes back and starts yelling at me saying why didnt i say it wasn’t my order,when he first walked in i was literally mopping the floors, sir why didn’t YOU say anything before js dropping it off and leaving. He literally cussed me out only becuz HE cant do his job right. Smh what kinda owner is that?

Great food. I found a roach in my drink twice. I used to eat there 6 days a week everyday for lunch. After the second roach and being talked to like I was a liar, no offer of refund nothing I never went back. Last time I ate there was September 2025 when it happened. The ice melted and there was a roach floating in my drink. I understand just about every restaurant has pests but the disregard I cannot forgive. It’s a real shame because we loved eating there minus the extra protein. Picture in comments.

This has got to be the worst Euro I've ever had in my life.. this is the third time I've come up here. & they don't know what extra is.. you pay $40 for a mea,l you think you would get what you asked for.. I don't know if they're just hard of hearing or there just that terrible.. for starters the place needs a remodel.. for starters it needs to be cleaned. With all that being said you would think that valleywood do a little better on their euros..or gyro.. or whatever they call it.. they didn't even know what it was when we ordered over the phone,. Everyone knows that it's pronounced different ways... The sence ain't so common these days. The sandwich was soggy like wet bread...I guess it's dogfood now..it's not worth even going back in to be for a remake..I'm just tired of waisting my hard earned money on crap ..I can do better to cook myself..that place needs to shutdown or get it togather...maybe I'll open up a reall italiano's ristorante in town & show them what quality is. I recommend anyone going out to eat ,go somewhere that loves to cook and that takes serious pride in there craft .... Because this place is show me numerous of times it's a joke.. only order if it's the last option.. and I still wouldn't recommend it.. y'all give me a call I'll come to your house and cook you something and I promise you you'll get what you want. I promise you'll be food worth eating or waiting for.. I don't even mind waiting for food or something on my order been messed up or having a communication error.. but 2 get good this awful makes the whole experience unwelcoming and do not waste mine or anybody else's time .

Some of the best service we’ve had at a restaurant in some time. Mawar took care of us and was on the spot for refills, food delivery and generally just checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was good. We really liked the Fried Pickle Chips and Garlic Knots.
