Changing my five star to a one star, I ordered a baby shower cake for myself one week before my baby shower , on the day of my baby shower , I go pick up my blue 4 milk cake, wasn't even made , I didn't even get a sorry , they must not care

This is the nastiest bakery I've ever been too. I saw roaches running around and dead roaches near the bread. it is so expensive. there were bags with OLD HARD BREAD for 2 dollars plus taxes. not only this but the roof has dark dirty stains and look like it's about to fall in. if i could give this bakery 0 stars i would.This is the most disgusting bakery I have ever been to. Not only this, but the ceiling has dark, dirty stains and looks like it's about to fall. If I could give this bakery 0 stars I would.

Terrible services the employee (under age girl) making bad comments about me and my family , so disappointed sorry for the owners. Need to hire better employees and make sure don’t miss treated customers.

I get some bread from this place, when I’m visiting my mother. It’s nice to support small businesses. Besides the customer service, which is somewhat comical...the bread is quite delicious and nice to have part of our culture here in a small town USA.

The bread was fresh and the flan was made from scratch. Just what we were looking for.

Unfortunately I wrote this on my wife's account but anyways me and her are expecting a baby boy and then comes time for the baby shower so me and my wife go to the closest cake bakery in Biscoe, NC and decided to order a blue $35 cake. Tres Leches. Mmmm. But keep in mind we went to order our cake about 3 day's early. Enough time. So here comes the day off and we go to pick it up around 1 Pm like she said to. By one my cake would be ready. But nooo the day of we get there and ohhh my cake seems to have been thrown away, now she can't find our paper slip/receipt but good thing I told my wife to keep our copy :) so now the girl at the front register sees that they forgot all about our cake. So she calls the baker, he says he never saw anything for our cake to be made. It wasn't there. So now you can imagine how my wife felt, she turns around and walks out the door , her feelings we're hurt. So me as her husband, well I decided to post a review of how our experience went with this bakery business.
