Ate at Gerald's Smokehouse in Dublin for the first time today at 2pm on 3/2/24 . Got a few comments . 1. Waitress didn't know what pulled pork was . She said they only had pulled chicken . I said are you sure you don't have pork ( hog) she said oh we have BBQ . 2. Been sitting here 20 minutes and she hasn't returned to the table . No tea and I wanted to order more sides but I'm the only one in restaurant and no help . 3. Now for the good comments - BBQ pork was great ! The vinegar based sauce is very good . I'm from SC and it's right on SC vinegar based . The rice was cold , and gravy was cold , yams were good and hot . Kitchen needs to check temperature of rice and gravy . I'll be back ! But management has got to train their waitresses on menu and customer service . And last bread would be nice Signed , Restaurant owner from SC

We stopped in this place as we were driving through town and let me tell you, best thing we could have done! The Brisket Sub was amazing, lots of flavor and just absolutely delicious. The Fried Okra and hush puppies were also out of this world. Throw in an attentive waitstaff, and you have a recipe for a great dining experience! Can’t wait to come back again on my next time through town!

I love their breakfast sandwiches and grits! They make their grits in the consistency that I like...thick, but not too thick that you'll choke on them while eating.Also, I love their hot dogs. I get mustard, chilli and slaw...nothing fancy.

This place is a "must" to put on your list!! The food is excellent. Tried the bar-b-q. Very good. Not over seasoned. The slaw was not loaded with sugar or vinegar. The fries and hush puppies were freshly cooked. The place is very comfortable. You can be casual or a little formal. The service was above and beyond. We will return.
Poor customer service. Never answer the phone or they leave you on hold for 10 mins, see you at the drive thru and let you sit there for 10 mins to tell you they are out of what you wanted. So a complete waste of time. The food is good but not worth the awful service we receive every time.
Wow amazing brisket, excellent Barbecue sandwich and great service. Definitely bookmarking this place!

I had a pulled pork sandwich. It was good. I ordered baked beans as a side. They were disappointing. Basically, pork and beans with a strip of bacon. My wife had brisket and sweet potato fries. She enjoyed them.
Amazing food always and tonight I came in 10 minutes before they closed and they didn’t turn me away! My order was fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you!
Sadly for a local bbq restaurant they could be hitting home runs but not on this visit. The bbq was cold and portion size seemed small.
