Food is very good almost always when I come. The tea is also very good. Service is so so and depends on when you go. The biggest complaint I have is they charge you for cups of ice, lettuce, tomato, onion and anything you get on your burger.

We found this while driving through NC & this was the best part of my entire road trip. The staff was exceptional & so sweet. The food was BEYONDDDD delicious. The BBQ was juicy and delicious, the corn bread cakes used as bread was the best thing I ever ate. The prices were great, portions huge, delicious drinks and hush puppies. The store was so cute & inviting. I will make any excuse to drive through NC again just to go here no matter how far out of my way.

Charged more than menu prices. When questioned was told “ guess the menu needs changing and it says on the menu “ prices are subject to change”. If your menu prices are not correct, then update your cotton picking menu instead of telling a customer “ prices are subject to change”. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

Drove over 2 hours to the area and was hungry for something local. Their Facebook page had advertised an ultimate grilled cheese and their Philly Cheesesteak looked so good, got both. You know how other places advertise a grilled cheese sandwich that doesn’t look like what’s pictured? This place does it right, excellent portion for the price. The Philly cheesesteak was hot and the fries, crispy. My niece ordered the cheeseburger and liked it as well. Walking into this restaurant is so much room, the atmosphere is perfect for a group and even has a relaxing area to hang out longer if you’d like to read a book. Plenty of merch to look at their small shop of items. They had clothing, jewelry, and variety of local products. I’m definitely coming back to try something new.
Every single dining and take out experience with Dove’s has been amazing! We not only enjoy their food, but we LOVE their family atmosphere. My son is a picky eater and he enjoys eating so many items he wouldn’t usually from Dove’s. The owners and their family have our business always. My husband says their bbq is the best and they truly are generous with all their food as well!! Try a pork chop sandwich…with my allergies I have trouble finding places I can eat but thankfully they are so understanding and accommodating of that as well! Don’t forget to try their sweet tea and a good Arnold Palmer!…peach cobbler comes with the beef tips special.
Me and my wife absolutely love going here to eat, we tend to eat here at least twice a week & the atmosphere makes it feel like we are at home. The cooks and waitresses are amazing. If you have food allergies please don't let that turn you away because they will do whatever it takes to make sure you're able to eat. I've tried just about everything on the menu and it's absolutely delicious and the taste don't never change, seems like it gets better and better and the prices are unbeatable👍
The price is good for what you get. Bbq is awesome and the sides are awesome, that potato salad is something special.

Took my co worker to eat here earlier today. And I haven't been since they got the entire building and I knew they were always great, but now got 2 bbq plates, both were full of grease or something, the plate was over flowing with grease, I refuse to go back. The waitress was extremely nice and the place was extremely clean but not even a half an hour later it didn't agree with our bellys 👎

The place was great. I went on Thursday March the 20th at around 5 o'clock, I had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of chicken tenders. The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic and I was even given ranch to dip my burger in when I asked. The chicken strips were not as crispy as I would have liked, but I later learned that this was my fault as I was unaware that I was supposed to specify that I wanted them to be very crispy and crunchy, the chicken strips were still enjoyable despite the lack of crunch
The place was very homey, it had a wonderful and original design that I highly appreciated compared to most other restaurants which tend to be soulless with no real design
Kaylub was a wonderful employee, made me feel very welcome as well as his sister, Jane.
Overall the service was amazing, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing
