Went to Hardee's this morning. When I walked in I stood at the register for a good 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The cashier Alyssia was dancing around. When she finally came to the register I received NO Good morning, may I take your order, nothing. After she took the order my wait time of 5+ minutes began. While I was waiting she was smoking her vape. The man making the food had a long beard with no hair net on. When my food was ready, it was put on the counter. No thank you. As I was walking out the cashier was talking about my attitude. I never said a word except place my order and thank you when I left. I don't plan on returning to this Hardee's in Bladenboro, NC again.

The last 2 times I stopped here for a quick burger and fries the food was cold, the bun hard and it was not good.
I only gave one star to even post a review. This is the worst place to get food. I literally don’t know how this place is still open. Buns are hard, cheese is never melted but I expect that when a cheeseburger is cold, & I think they get worse at hiring people. It’s sad because it’s such a convenience for food in a small town with limited restaurants. A renovated place with the same crappy outcome. The hash browns are the only thing worth buying in the mornings for my daughter before school. I never leave reviews, I don’t know how this place is still running. Please do better.

Food was okay. The fries were hot but my burger was not the cheese wasn't even melted and the meat was barely room temperature. It took like 5 minutes for someone to come take our order and the worst part is the bathroom. I've left many reviews and this is the first one that has ever had a disgusting bathroom. I mean my feet were sticking to the floor and the trash can was full with no soap. It's very terrifying. I'm glad I am only passing through town and that this is not my local Hardee's. I definitely want be back to this location again!!

Awful service..awful staff....super slow service......way over priced.. I have had several issues with this place and went back hoping it was just a one time problem but it's every time....my orders never match what I order.. food mostly feels as if it's came out of the fridge it's never warm... even cheese doesn't be melted it's so cold.. found hair in my daughter's sandwich when she bit into it..you can take a coupon in there and the price seems to be higher than if you hadn't used a coupon ... the staff has the nastiest attitudes like you owe them something.. if you get management on the phone it's almost like you are being called a lie about the problems and yet they never try to correct or fix the issues... I won't be returning by the time I get the crap they hand me and spend however long it takes to get it and then get home and have to throw it away..I could have bought and prepared my own meal they hotand fresh and clean without a pittiful attitude...... someone really needs to fire this whole crew and clean this place and start over it's pathetic.
