We had an incredible dining experience at Bistro Roca from delicious cocktails in the bar while we waited for our table through to an amazing Gingerbread Flan for dessert. I highly recommend the Eggplant Frites as an appetizer. My partner had the salmon and I had the Black and Blue steak. Both were cooked perfectly and paired nicely with one of their moderately priced Cab Savs. On top of the wonderful food, we had outstanding service from Taylor. This was a birthday celebration and Bistro Roca made it extra special.

Our side dishes of Brussels spouts, grits, and potatoes were luke warm/cold and the prime brisket was mostly fat. The trout entree was okay. In compensation the manager discounted the prime brisket dinner 10% ($3.30)

The decor is warm, but rustic, and the ambience is terrific. The only thing better was the food itself. Truly, one of the best meals my husband and I have had at an incredibly reasonable price.

Jessica made our evening! The food was impeccable. She offered up suggestions that did not disappoint. Chef's kiss on presentation, fresh ingredients and a flare that hits your palate like mmm mm ...we will be back. We had an early dinner for 2, very romantic, shared the porkbelly lettuce wraps w bibb Lettuce, local pork, pickled vegetables, Red Chili Aioli, crispy cellophane noodles as an appetizer, crabcakes (which were 90% crab) on a bed of cheese grits and a pecan bar ala mode with a maple orange glaze... the pictures of all the doggies in the bar is precious.
Normally Bistro Roca is one of my favorite restaurants. I say this because I have eaten there for years and only had a couple of occasions where my experience wasn't perfect.

I never write reviews, but this restaurant had me talking and thinking about it since we set down for dinner! This place is FANTASTIC!!!! INCREDIBLE from the moment we opened the doors and weer welcomed in to leaving, we felt at home. Bistro roca, has an incredible atmosphere. Jessica was our server tonight and she went above and beyond! She knew the menu forwards and backwared, and we had a lot of questions! she steered us in the right directions, and kept checking up on us every 5-10 minutes which was awesome. I had the habi burger and a side of mac and cheese, and it was SOO GOOD. This was probably the best burger i had ever had, and the mac and cheese is top tier! top 3 mac and cheese ive had, and i eat a lot of mac! also i had one of their signatgure cocktails, (___ river blues) (i think) and my god! this was one of the best mixed drinks i had ever had. we got here early at 4:$45p and by 6 they were pretty much fully packed! woujld recomned to get make a reservation
another big shout out to Jessica, She took really good care of us, and she was having fun while doing it! we were joking and goofing around, and she matched our engeries perfectly! you could tell she really loves her job!
