Noise level was our only issue. Seems very loud in there & er were seated pretty far from the bar area where we felt it was the loudest. Our server Alexa was great, food was fantastic!!

We were not thrilled that the first several restaurants we attempted to get reservations for were booked. We wound up at Embers sort of as a last resort so our expectations were not high. How happy we were with EVERYTHING! The food was remarkable, so much so that we inquired of the chef's training. Our server was personable and helpful and made certain we had all things exactly the way we desired. We had trout, salmon, and 2 orders of the pork chop. All four of us were thrilled and even decided to stay no only for desert but for after dinner drinks, as well. The ambiance was super chill and we would up chatting with other parties dining there as well. We will happily go back again and have already shared our experience with some locals who had not been there yet. Good job!

Overpriced and under serviced (35 minutes to receive an hamburger and some over salted avocado toast). Embers proclaims to be an upscale environment, but it's just a budget hotel eatery. And very noisy, even with only six tables seated. Our server Angela was a pro, though.

As guests staying at the MARVELOUs hotel, we enjoyed Dinner one night which was great! Food was delicious and service as always excellent and ambience wonderful. Embers has a super bar— good vibes. Great breakfast on both mornings— wonderful service and delicious breakfast— love The Embers!

We love this relatively new addition to the Blowing Rock dining choices. We take our weekend guests to it all the time! Whipped ricotta with grilled peaches outstanding. We've had Cassady as our server several times and she is wonderful. The bar has a really good feel as well.

Sat at the bar before our reservation and decided to stay there for dinner rather than moving to a table. Shawn was our bartender, drinks were delicious... food was so good! We enjoyed it!

Excellent food with clever use of local in-season produce. Lovely location overlooking the mountains around Blowing Rock, NC. Definitely eat there again.
We enjoyed an excellent dinner of local fare coupled with outstanding service in a cozy atmosphere. Our smoked trout and salmon entrees were respectively served with pimento grits, sauteed mushrooms, and a delicious cranberry wild rice side with sauteed kale. The cocktails were unique and perfectly mixed. Our server, Julie, was attentive without being intrusive. I Highly recommend this outstanding hotel dining spot.

We were celebrating our anniversary. The staff was so sweet with Happy Anniversary wishes. Our service was impeccable!! The food was delicious! I highly recommend this lovely restaurant. Great addition to Blowing Rock!
