Hellbender is an absolute gem in Blowing Rock! My husband ordered the Pork Ramen bowl - he said, “By far, it had the most depth and flavor of anything I’ve ever tasted”. I actually stayed months over three years in this building under John’s tenure there. I have been back once since it was Hell Benders because of COVID .
