We got the breakfast buffet and it was okay. It was a really busy weekend, and so the buffet wasn’t stocked well and they continued to run out of food and we had to wait. Although being said, the service was amazing and the food was exactly what we were looking for!

So, so bad. Literally the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Worse than any fast food even. All of the food was lukewarm-cold. The nachos had stale chips, cold cheese, tasteless pork and came with prepackaged Tostitos salsa, prepackaged off brand guacamole, and prepackaged sour cream thrown on the plate. Tiny portion and it cost $17. And how are you gonna charge people $2 for a cup of tap water?! All of the meals were terrible and someone with us ended up getting sick as well. For as many people that visit Jellystone, they should hire a real chef, even if just for peak season. The restaurant has potential, but it is awful. NEVER AGAIN!

the website is outdated and has a breakfast menu including chicken and waffles, pancakes, etc. however all that is currently (July 2025) available for breakfast is a small buffet. unfortunately I arrived solo intending to get food to-go for my family. the staff was very understanding and accommodating and I was able to bring back an acceptable breakfast and the food was pretty good. the friendly staff saved the day but the website should be updated.

Great service from Leah and a big thank you to Logan for making one of the best omelets I’ve ever had!

We ate dinner and breakfast here on our trip (5/18/25). We all thought the dinner was great. I got a burger, which I am pretty picky about, and it was great. The cheese curds were amazing. My sister and wife got the “fish and chips” expecting fried fish but it is instead served with baked rainbow trout. They both enjoyed the fish regardless and it tasted fresh and seasoned well.

The major issue with Scout’s table is the breakfast buffet. You pay just as much as you do for dinner (3 people comes to about $80 after a 15% tip). The food is mid and not refreshed enough so it gets cold. Kids only eat free if they are under 5 so my 6 year old special needs daughter was full price despite only eating a few bites of food.

I wish I could have tipped our waitress more because she was great and very sweet and attentive. The service was excellent all around.

Very cool atmosphere, lawn games outside with a gorgeous view. Out of all the food, everything was good, except the bean burger. Two different people ordered it and neither person could eat much of it. Everything else was good. The employees were very nice.

Food was better last year. This place is pretty bad now.

Scouts table service was good and very nice. food was nasty. Pull pork was dry, wings were mushy like I was eating cartilage. Cherrwine was flat. Over $10 for a flat cocktail no thanks. Last year you had better dishes what happened?? I had the steak it was fine.

Go to the grill down by the pool. Food is much better. I could recommend the pizza or the cheesesteak. Food is good definitely not the best but still a whole lot better than scout table.

Chicken and waffles were a joke. 17 bucks for a run of the mill waffle with some chicken tenders tossed on top. The menu mentions a spicy honey drizzle on top but it was served with packets of smuckers honey that you had pour on yourself. Dont get me started on the pittiful nachos. It litterly came with meat on the chips and pre packaged tostitos toppings that you had to pour on yourself. Scouts table was the biggest let down of the trip. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Has so much potential. Really cute restaurant and amazing staff, but unfortunately the food is awful. The kids meals were fine, but the wings and burger were both terrible and we didn’t end up eating. Worst burger I’ve ever had, the meat was so salty and didn’t even taste like beef, which was odd as the burgers at the other onsite restaurant were fine. The food also came out incredibly fast, so not sure how far in advance food is prepped. The staff was very helpful to make it right for us, but I cannot recommend the food at all. I really wish they would put more effort into fresh, quality items as we would love a good dinner place onsite rather than driving to town. I will say the bar drinks were excellent. For now will only get coffee and drinks here.

Mediocre food. To be expected. Still better than driving 30 minutes to a restaurant.

Very expensive restaurant at Jellystone Park in Bostic NC. Breakfast buffet was $20 per person. Food was average for a breakfast buffet. Certainly not worth the cost.
We ate outside in June. Beautiful wooded view.

We ordered the fried trout and fries (fish and chips), and after 45 MINUTES of waiting, were served the blandest piece of broiled trout filet that I could have ever imagined. Not only was it not at all what was described on the menu, but there was absolutely zero seasoning on the trout. Any other restaurant of this quality not on resort grounds would be out of business in no time.
