I walked in to this location and walked up to the counter. I was the only customer there. 2 employees were having a conversation behind the counter (made eye contact with both) while one of them made himself a milkshake. They finished their conversation and walked away from the counter. Another employee walked around the corner, saw me, and kept walking to the back. All 3 just continued laughing and talking to each other while I just stood there waiting to be helped. I eventually walked out after nobody bothered to come take my order.

Fries were cold and didn't even fill fry carton halfway. Everyone was just standing around looking lost, bathroom was dirty and it was freezing inside.
Fries only half filled , lobby floor nasty , bathrooms not cleaned either . At least most looked happy playing on phone more than doing something . Does the little white white lady still there ??she Was always happy and helpful each time Ive been there . Otherwise to much playing going on each time

The manager was very helpful as I was struggling with the app. I orders the double cheeseburger which was fit to ear, very dry and the bun was hard. I also ordered the Famous Star burger and got somw plain Frisco burger instead. They must have been having a bad day because 2 people who ordered thru the drive thru had to come in because their order was wrong.
