Fries only half filled , lobby floor nasty , bathrooms not cleaned either . At least most looked happy playing on phone more than doing something . Does the little white white lady still there ??she Was always happy and helpful each time Ive been there . Otherwise to much playing going on each time

The manager was very helpful as I was struggling with the app. I orders the double cheeseburger which was fit to ear, very dry and the bun was hard. I also ordered the Famous Star burger and got somw plain Frisco burger instead. They must have been having a bad day because 2 people who ordered thru the drive thru had to come in because their order was wrong.

We went to Greenville to visit a friend in the hospital and going back home to morehead we decided to stop at this place!! The food was terrible and the bad part is I love hardee's but at this location the chicken wraps were dry and rubbery the fries were so hard we couldn't eat them either and the cheese burgers were dry as anything I've ever ate!! We laugh at this place now when we pass by there thinking theres no way we would ever eat there again!! It is horrible!!

Countless times have I let this place slide, because as a resident of Bridgeton I know how bad they are. But today really made me mad, I got the 5 piece chicken tender meal with a substitute of fries for the slaw. First off there were barely any fries with the extra side of fries. The bread that comes with the meal was super wet and burnt. I wanted to try the new chicken sauce, but as I got my food she then told me they were out of chicken dip sauce and she just threw in some other sauces I never asked for nor hinted at wanting AND to make it all worse the 5 pieces of chicken I did get were all nuggets except maybe one that would be considered a small tender. This meal was $12 and that was with a small drink that they did get wrong. This whole meal was a complete joke. Horrible employees every time I go there. They said it was busy and sorry for the wait, when I got there, there were 4 cars in line and literally 1 person inside. The wait was so bad one of those cars in front of me left and I saw what he ordered was just a big cheeseburger. There is literally always something wrong with my order every time I go EVERYTIME. The people who rated this place above a 3 star must've gone during the morning with a whole entire different crew. I know no one will see this and care, but if you happen to see this review PLEASE go somewhere else for food. Its literally 7 more minutes to get to New Bern or James City and the food is at least gonna be decent. Don't give this place your business or money. (the only reason this is getting 2 stars and not a 1 is because the chicken and fries were cooked fresh. But they don't excuse the sorry food nor the sorry customer service)

My rating for this Hardee's is below zero due to the main staff member at the window being snobbish, unfriendly, and didn't even prepare the food properly. Requested hot food; received the food - checked it and fries were lukewarm. The tenders were cold and my Frisco bread wasn't even toasted. Everything looked like it was sitting for awhile and the food was just plain out cold. The manager was the only good factor as he was nice and apologized when I requested a refund.
