i literally never leave reviews but this was the most disgusting food i have ever eaten, the chicken was rubbery and i want to gag thinking about it, the salsa tasted like mop water, i got like 3 chips and they were stale, and the rice might have been seasoned on the floor, this might sound dramatic but it was so bad

I really don't like leaving a bad review and I'm not taking this lightly. I asked for my chicken club quesadilla to be cut into quarters. They stated their "policy" only allows them to cut them in half. I asked them to cut it in quarters again in lieu of not getting chips with my order. They agreed but when the manager gave me my food, she said they cannot cut in quarters, despite what I wanted. Although they were not rude, they were definitely happy to see me go, which appeared to be the only thing they've been happy about for a while now. You can feel the negative morale the moment you walk in the door. Makes you wonder if such a policy exists.

Wanted to try this place but couldn't because the employee didn't know what menu items they did or did not have! To me, that just screams poor management! So ended up just saying "forget it"! BTW, this rating is for the Campbell University location only!

they put a sign on the door stating they were closed for the summer until august when school starts back but they didn’t update their hours on google or their website so that people dont stop and waste their time or gas!!
The website should have been updated to the restaurant being closed until August. Husband and I went out of our way to go there.

I hate to give bad reviews but this was the most discussing restaurant I have ever eaten at . The steak was literally rotten. Staff was friendly and replaced my order but seemed unconcerned about the condition of the food. I love Moe's but this one is not a reflection of the others I've been to .
