This place is filthy. The napkins are in filthy containers and we couldn’t find a clean table or chairs, even though the place was empty. The bathroom doors and walls were filthy. Everything needs to be cleaned, even the outside Bojangles sign.

I stopped by while traveling for work and, unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The customer service could have been much better—staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Additionally, the food didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a quick and satisfying meal during my trip, but this visit didn’t meet expectations.
