I stopped by while traveling for work and, unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The customer service could have been much better—staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Additionally, the food didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a quick and satisfying meal during my trip, but this visit didn’t meet expectations.

Girls messing with their hair at the drive through looks very dirty in the back seen a few people doing sides without gloves on

Ya'll need to hire some people, or get your employees to work instead of play and gossip. 15 minutes just to have someone come to the register with a line out the door is ridiculous.

Ordered food inside, for carry out. Ordered the Sausage Bo-berry biscuit, but it came without the glaze……husband ordered steak biscuit add mayo and got no mayo…….asked for large drinks and when they gave the food they put it on a tray and walked away…….we asked for CARRY OUT…….we were in hurry so we grabbed what was on the tray, because we didn’t pay the up charge……..but when we left and opened our food NOTHING was as we ordered…….as travelers we will NOT be using this Bojangles again.

Not the greatest experience but not the worst either. Had an initial issue with sausage biscuit being called out as strawberry biscuit, which we asked them to correct. Once the food was ready, while the wrapper said sausage biscuit, it turned out to be country ham. Everything else seemed correct. Definitely needed some cleaning in the dining room. Overall just an okay visit.

Go there to get dinner. They don't have dirty rice. No coleslaw no pinto beans, no white chicken and the manager is with some chick smoking cigarettes by the trash can priorities people

Food was good, but there were a few problems. The cashier was in a very foul mood and was quite snappish and rude while taking my order. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, as they were looking a little plain; instead of pouring a little out of the seasoning shaker onto the fries, the cashier placed my fries on the tray and quite literally dumped a large amount of seasoning on and around the fry bag. While I am quite a fan of Bojangles' famous seasoning blend, the resulting product is what I can describe as seasoning with a side of fries.

The other issue arose when my cousin, who was with me, placed his order. He ordered a 5 piece Supremes meal; upon getting to the table, he discovered that he only had 4 Supremes in the box. The only reason this wasn't more of a problem is that the missing piece was immediately offered when the problem was reported to a different employee. Overall, this experience was far below the standard that I've come to expect from Bojangles.

Ordered curbside pickup last night waited about 10 minutes, finally went inside (and this is not the first time I've had to do this every time I voted to curbside pickup I've had to go inside) they gave my food to someone else and had to remake my whole order so I had to wait another 15 minutes only for them to not put any chicken breast in the box and when I tried calling out there they just will not answer their phone they will pick it up and then hang up

It's meh. I don't know why I continue to get weekly breakfast there, but I do. (Things we do for our kids, i guess) Half the time they get my order right. HALF the time. Other half of the time, they make me wait forever. The customer service is a joke. Rarely speak to you, that's even saying the price that's owed. Best believe they will give you a dirty look for checking your order in front of them.
