I love the atmosphere of this coffee shop! Extremely friendly staff with some great recommendations. I got the Camp Fire Cold brew and it was divine. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend you come here! You will not be disappointed!

Lack of care for customer satisfactionHey I recently went with my family around 12 and my wife ordered a matcha ice latte with oat milk and didn’t like the drink so we asked to exchange it for something else and your employees looked lost and said they don’t do exchanges and when I asked to speak to a manager they all looked around until a girl said technically she was in charge and that they don’t do that so I gave them my drink back since either way no one was going to drink it. I paid close to 7 dollars for a drink that unfortunately wasn’t the best and I wasn’t asking for a refund simply something else of since the rest of our drinks were good. Definitely not a good experience and would like to know more about your policy
