El Mariachi in Burgaw NC

Was definitely skeptical when we got our chips and salsa, but omg the food and drinks were delicious. Service was ok, we kind of got forgotten about for a while, but would definitely go back.

Our sever rudely left mid order, and another server came over and told us she decided she just refused to serve us anymore after we were being very nice and trying to joke with her. Very rude and unsettling.

I order food here on Wednesdays to pick up and eat with my husband at work. Normally the food is fine. Today’s food was pretty bad. I ordered two plates and a drink which came out to over 40 .There was no seasoning on anything, I got a big piece of fat with the steak , the chicken was bland .for the fried milanesa it hardly had breadcrumbs and the ones that had it were barely hanging on to the meat and again was bland. Overall the experience was not good and I won’t be ordering from here for the meantime.

Delicious. Exquisite. Fresh!!! Best hot peppers. My face is deliciously on fire. Thanks to Franklin for taking good care of us! A must stop off of highway 40! Not to mention the right price for quality and quantity. Will be back!

Came in for dinner today with my wife for the first time and this restaurant has yet to disappoint. I loved the pizzabirria there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and service.

This place is my weekly go to for quality Mexican food! Everyone here are the nicest people. $2.50 beers Mon-Thu is the best. Large menu with lots to choose from. Will be a loyal customer of this place forever

Proportions just a little bit not enough to fill a hungry stomach like normally a Latino Restaurant do., other than that - good place to go

Absolute worst service I have ever had was tonight. And mainly was because of the waitress we had tonight. If I knew her name I would call her out on here. She had an attitude from the beginning to the end. Rolling her eyes and getting ill when we were trying to order our meals like we wanted. She would be fired tonight if I was the boss. And to make matters worse. We waited 2 hours and 6 people never got their food and one of the orders was just 3 tacos. At this point I’m not sure if I will ever step foot back in there and I have been going once a week since it opened. The manager needs to make some changes.

First off I usually do not order from here; I go to the one next to the ABC store, however tonight I didn't feel like traveling. When I tell you I'm so disappointed in our food and service. I ordered my food at 7:17. I also ordered Chinese for my afterwards. Whenever I do order, my food is never ready when I get there within the time frame I'm given. So I went to Walmart, China King and taco bell before I went to pickup my dinner. They told me 25 mins. When I got there, at 7:50, I paid for my food. Waited a few minutes before they finally told me my order was never put in, and it would be another 15 minute's. Now I'm aggravated. So I go home, drop my other food off, then come back. Food is ready. I get home and is horrible. First off the bean dip was not secured, and spilled everywhere. So that was half wasted in the bag. I ordered to dinner of rice shrimp and cheese, and there was barely any rice in there. It didn't even cover up the bottom of the metal container. I also order 3 steak tacos. And that's exactly what it was. Steak meat and taco. No onions, no cilantro, no lime, no sauce!!! My order was 57 dollars !! This is ridiculous!! Im was so unsatisfied.! And I will NEVER go here again! I work hard for my money to get subpar food!

What a great dining experience. The service was quick, and our waitress was so pleasant. I ordered the steak fajitas, ate too much, and have enough steak for two more meals! Thank you!

It's ok if you like Mexican food.

Me and my family eat her at least once a month we love this place the birria tacos are the bomb!!! Not to far from our house and it’s not expensive I think it’s the Mexican Restaurant in Burgaw!

Quick and efficient. Great food. Reasonably priced.
