The servers were friendly and hospitable. They greeted each guest with a warm welcoming smile. They were very accommodating to the changes to the order graciously. Their food prep was quick and correct. The restaurant dining area was clean and orderly with the drink station appropriately stocked.

Staff was nice BUT The Hardee's in Burgaw, NC got to be the only restaurant in America that won't add lemonade in your sweet tea! Have you ever heard of anything so stupid. I hope Corporate sees this and really realize just how stupid this sounds.

The young white pretty woman at the window was really sweet made sure my family had a lot of ketchup as asked and gave them a drink really good personality!

Fries were cold, milkshake or whatever they call that was unacceptable and drink tasted like it was more carbonation then drink and we had to wait on our order, what for idk because it was all disappointing. Normally they are better but idk what happened.
If A woman name tasha is working. Your going to have great service great food and a great atmosphere. If it's not that she will correct it. Order your food know what you want and be respectful, you want have a problem with nothing I just mentioned that's great. The other people well lets just say if you go in and don't see Tasha leav!! If you go threw the drive threw ask is tasha working! Then order accordingly. In 6/1/2025 she will work afternoon shifts after 2p.m best time to go. I would really wait until 3:30. Hardess fries be bussing now I'm 30 and still don't got full temper control but I manage for those fries . Lately though man lame ass I mean I been going to McDonald's.smh. I warned you 😁

How hard is it to put a steak biscuit in the bag? I paid almost $7 for a plain ass biscuit. Now I’m at work with nothing to eat. Smh this place is hit or miss but today was definitely a miss
