My sister and I went through the Drive Thru at the Burgaw Hardees this morning and would like to give a shout out to Adrian! He was working the Drive Through window and was just the nicest young man - so polite and pleasant! Thank you Adrian! Keep up the good work!

Food is good when they get the order right, biggest problem with this place is the drive thru wait. Always have you pull the vehicle up or park to the side. Never go here if you’re remotely in a hurry.

I ordered the bag special with a hotdog and double cheeseburger. The hotdog bun was hard as a brick. The double cheeseburger was cold and dry, and the bun was hard as a brick very very disappointed.

It was clean, the employees were super nice, and it tasted good.
The servers were friendly and hospitable. They greeted each guest with a warm welcoming smile. They were very accommodating to the changes to the order graciously. Their food prep was quick and correct. The restaurant dining area was clean and orderly with the drink station appropriately stocked.

Staff was nice BUT The Hardee's in Burgaw, NC got to be the only restaurant in America that won't add lemonade in your sweet tea! Have you ever heard of anything so stupid. I hope Corporate sees this and really realize just how stupid this sounds.

The young white pretty woman at the window was really sweet made sure my family had a lot of ketchup as asked and gave them a drink really good personality!
