I don’t know who was working the drive thru tonight, but they were great! Been a while since I’ve ordered KFC for my wife and the way I read out her order was confusing but he got it squared away for me and was very polite. Sorry I didn’t catch his name, but either way, great service

I ordered ahead in the mobile app with the hope of being in and out quickly but boy was that NOT the case. I ordered my food at 1:02 pm and it wasn't ready until 2:31 pm. They said they were short staffed which i understand but 1.5 hr for a $50 order is absurd. The people coming through the drive through and in store orders were priorized over all mobile orders despite the fact that there were several of us waiting in the store for our mobile orders. On top of all that they also left out (but charged me for) my chicken nuggets. While the food is good expect a LOOONG wait. And that's not isolated to this visit - there is always a long wait here and every time they say they are short staffed. It's always the same

The store was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet had a large selection of items. Unfortunately we got there after the lunch rush but before it could be restocked but that was ok because there was plenty of selections to fill out plates and it was delicious. Right across the street from the Burgaw Motel. Very convenient.

How are you gonna have everything on the buffet but mac and cheese. You haveto buy that as a side. Went again with the whole family in a separate occasion. The staff was rude and the food in the buffet looked like it had been sittin there all day. Asked for hot sauce and the staff complained saying they can only give two packets because Corp complains. I had a family of 4 there.you are better off going across the street .

While the employee who took my order was very polite….. the service was nothing but down hill from there. Ended up waiting 28 minutes for a simple bucket meal…… never again.

This is the BEST KFC in Eastern NC! I'm convinced of it! All the other ones Ive been to have given up! Food is always hot and fresh! Ordered the famous bowl and the two apple pies they have for a $1. Yum!! Another visit knocked out of the park!! Y'all are amazing!!
