This is the BEST KFC in Eastern NC! I'm convinced of it! All the other ones Ive been to have given up! Food is always hot and fresh! Ordered the famous bowl and the two apple pies they have for a $1. Yum!! Another visit knocked out of the park!! Y'all are amazing!!

Aniakien was the cashier today. I watched him verbally attack a lady who didn’t hear him say the price of her meal. She then asked about a senior discount. He proceeded to then yell across the restaurant asking her how old she was and then told her she didn’t meet criteria because she was 72 not 75. I hope KFC gets this ignorant, uneducated, unprofessional, and disrespectful individual out of the store. He does not need to treat people in that manner.

I was not impressed w/ the chicken tenders, every time I get chicken tenders from this KFC the chicken tenders were over cooked, it’s like no ones watching the cook timer,, you should really bring back the potato wedges & original popcorn chicken. it’s like the only thing that they watch the timer on besides the bvucket of chicken on the menu.

I ordered the bucket of dark meat chicken, when I got home and started to feed my family of six, I opened it to find 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10. I do not know what is going on in the back but someone needs to be trained more instead of thrown into it. Get your shit together kfc.

I arrived at KFC in Burgaw around 2:45pm and dine in. I order one buffet and one order from the menu. I notice that there wasn't much food on the buffet but grab some and sat down. I came up for the second time to see if food was added to the bar.. well they had picked up the buffet and no one had said it would be done so. I am not familiar with the hours for buffet but at least whom ever is taking the payment should advise the customer if the buffet will be closing soon that way you don't waste money on purchasing buffet when there is no food and the pick it up without telling the customers that are dining in. I've been to other KFC locations and they at least tell you that they will be picking up the food from the buffet incase you want to grab anything before they take it off the bar.

I don't like to pull up at any fast food restaurant because it always takes longer than what it should. On this day that excat thing happened. There was a person that got there after us ( the 3 cars that were already waiting) that was pulled up and they got their food before us. The people that were waiting besides me had to have already been at least 20min by the time I pulled up. I said I wanted my money back and guess what I got my food. The nice lady had to fix me another sandwich because someone gave the customer that was after us my food. It's a no for me.

Just passing by and decide to get my kids me and my husband a family meal. First at all the person in the drive true was kind of rude, we ask for the 12 pieces chicken tenders instead with got a bucket of chicken drums that I personally wouldn’t eat, chicken was extremely greasy and tasteless honestly this is not a almost $50 dollar meal, but never again lesson learned. Fix your prices because the meal we ask for is advertised in the drive true for $ 24.99

Didn't stay for the food after trying to ask a couple of questions to one of the most non caring cashiers that I have ever met at a business. It was just about impossible to get her to look at me, listen to my question and definitely impossible to get an answer out of her. We walked out and went to one of the other restaurants across the highway. We got respect and great service at the other restaurant. Sorry Colonel, but we won't be back to KFC.
