We were traveling and stopped through to get food. We ordered a four count Apple poppers and were told to pull up and wait for the poppers. We sat in the car for close to 13 minutes waiting, so my Husband we in and when he got to the counter he asked the person at the window that was taking the Oder about the poppers and he said” oh they not ready yet so my husband continued to wait another 10 minutes before a female employee noticed him waiting and asked what was he waiting for, he told her apple poppers and it was then that we notice they were just starting to cook the poppers after all of that time waiting. This is very bad service, they weren’t busy at all. The only person sitting in the dining room was an employee that had just got off work. If your traveling don’t stop here.

This is the worst place to ever go, went through the drive through waited 40 minutes for my food. Then went inside complained took 20 more minutes for these incompetent people to give me my money back, while there i saw the drive through guy come and grab food from the buffet inside and give it to a customer.

This is the worst kfc I ever been too they gave me my to go order in a bag the top of the box was closed the bottom of the box was open so all my chicken is in the bag not only that some of it was raw some of it was burnt I'm never eating here again save yourself a headache

Great buffet! I believe the buffet hours are 11am-3pm. We arrived at approximately 2:30 and the buffet still looked fresh and plentiful. Staff did not rush to shut it down at 3. They allowed customers ample time to indulge.

My client and I eat here at least three times a week. We always get the buffet. It is really good has a good selection of sides only thing missing is the Mac and cheese. I forget the young man names (has glasses) does a wonderful job keep the buffet stocked and he is good at remembering faces. He always makes sure my client has his chicken livers. I for get the young man's name but the buffet isn't the same when he isn't there.Overall though they all do their best and I appreciate that. Very welcoming atmosphere. They all deserve a bonus or a raise.. I recommend.

They never have any chicken ready. I had to wait 45 minuets just to get my order. If you’re looking for chicken just go to Bojangles at least you’ll get it in a timely manner.

This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app and when I went to the store to pickup they “didn’t have any chicken ready”. HOW it’s a chicken place I could understand if it was something special but not chicken. And it was only an 8 piece. I understand places are understaffed but this is beyond crazy.

Niece ordered food in drive thru. She was given the wrong food and had to wait 20 minutes. Went inside asked for refund and was told she had to wait til they get drive thru down. 35 minutes later still no refund. Her mother came in to restaurant and Alphonso C manager stated she still had to wait on refund and was rude. I don't understand why it takes a hour for a refund because they did the order wrong and you request refund. Feel like they was trying to discourage you in asking for refund. He wouldn't provide a receipt once he completed transaction which is strange.

I don’t know who was working the drive thru tonight, but they were great! Been a while since I’ve ordered KFC for my wife and the way I read out her order was confusing but he got it squared away for me and was very polite. Sorry I didn’t catch his name, but either way, great service

I ordered ahead in the mobile app with the hope of being in and out quickly but boy was that NOT the case. I ordered my food at 1:02 pm and it wasn't ready until 2:31 pm. They said they were short staffed which i understand but 1.5 hr for a $50 order is absurd. The people coming through the drive through and in store orders were priorized over all mobile orders despite the fact that there were several of us waiting in the store for our mobile orders. On top of all that they also left out (but charged me for) my chicken nuggets. While the food is good expect a LOOONG wait. And that's not isolated to this visit - there is always a long wait here and every time they say they are short staffed. It's always the same

The store was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet had a large selection of items. Unfortunately we got there after the lunch rush but before it could be restocked but that was ok because there was plenty of selections to fill out plates and it was delicious. Right across the street from the Burgaw Motel. Very convenient.
