The buffet was good but not as much variety as I remember from several years ago. Everything was fresh and the store was clean.Kid-friendliness: Most kids enjoy chicken and there was a good variety of sides. most days this place is horrible the staff is loud and out of control standing in groups hanging outside while paying customer's stand and wait the manager the one with glasses doesn't seem to care he's on his phone not paying attention to anything but in all fairness a blonde short haired lady manager is polite and friendly very helpful despite the craziness

Staff totally ignored several customers that were waiting for food to be put on the bar. No chicken of any kind, no potatoes, no biscuits.... When asked for these things we were told they were coming right up but then ignored but the drive through kept passing items out.,for approximately 20 minutes....Service was unsatisfactory....

KFC in burgaw nc I Came from Wilmington NC to get gizzards but we decide to eat inside and have buffet the fried chicken look like it been setting along time none of the tables was clean off but one and they was not busy it was very nasty in this place the corners and floors look like they never been mop or sweep then the host heard me talking about the place and she wet a brown napkin and wipe the booth first wear people set and than the table with the same napkin you don’t have cleaning rags this place need deep cleaning and tea container had no lid on it

We had to throw all the chicken away. It was not cooked all the way. And I was missing piece of my chicken. We called them and told them about it and they said there's nothing they can do about it was verDont go there they will give yo7 uncooked

I went in this evening and was greeted by Aaron at the counter. He asked how I was doing, proceeded to take my order and completed the transaction. I had a large order. Aaron came over to apologize for the delay and politely let me know it would be a little longer due to mashed potatoes being made. When he brought my food to the counter, he thanked me for coming in and told me to have a good night. While waiting for my food, I observed how the employees interacted with each other and was very pleased at their interactions. That is the absolute best customer service that I have had at KFC in years. If the manager of Burgaw KFC sees this, Aaron is an awesome employee and definitely deserves a raise.

Lunch buffet is great haven't seen a kfc buffet in years but this one has it. They have all the sides you want plus dessert. Including gizzards, rice okra, mac and cheese green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy and buttered biscuits.
