The drive through was prompt, the staff appeared neat, the inside of the store visible through the windows was clean and tidy, the staff were quick and happy to help, and my ORDER WAS RIGHT!!!! 🙌🎉

Once again, staff blatantly ignores front counter. They got my order wrong so I came back inside to get it corrected. Stood there for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Unfortunately it wasn't bc they were busy. They were too busy with personal conversations.the lack of true leadership shows. A simple acknowledgement would mitigate so many upset customers. Mistakes happen, ignoring customers is a choice.

Terrible service stood at the counter for 15 minutes until I left it was only two car in the Drive-through I seen at least 7 people everybody working the drive through shit crazy they wasn’t even trying to look at the line of people at the cash register I won’t be stopping there anymore

I ordered curbside pick up jut a large fry. Everything is gd until I get my food there is absolutely no salt at all on my fries do they not pay attention or something worst mc Donald’s ever
Ordered a BEC and when I looked in my order it was a plain sausage biscuit. Drinks taste a little off too. The only thing redeemable was the fast service although it wasn’t done right.

Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, only got 1 in my bag. Got a double hamburger only pickles and ketchup. They put onions and mustard only. Got another double hamburger all the way, they only put ketchup. I go back inside and multiple people walk past me until I finally have to holler out for someone to help me. Then they take the messed up sandwiches and throw them in the trash, even though they messed up my entire order. Makes a lot of sense. All of the sandwiches were sloppy. It seems like they just threw them instead of actually making them. Every single sandwich was like that. My chicken sandwich was thrown into the bag and both pieces of bread weren't all the way on so mayonnaise was absolutely everywhere. There was no napkins in any of my bags, not a single one. They didn't give me the correct sauces that I asked for.
