Food was fast and hot, even late at night with a small team! We had just come off of I40 and it was just a few minutes from Exit 398 to this location. The staff members we saw were friendly and in good spirits, which is always a welcome sight after a long drive! We definitely recommend this location for a quick bite!
Fish sandwich is now ridiculously small. Definitely not worth the price.

The Manager Maria is extremely rude. Threatened to call police because I held up the line asking for ICE. Yes you read that right. In middle of summer the manager forgot to give us ice in our drinks. Then she said we'd have to go back through the line and pay for ICE. sorry, but we were getting mom a soda (with light ice) and the children ice waters. Also every time we get water cups, they always only use the nasty paper cups and want to charge for the small plastic ones. I only have issues at this location when Maria is working. Her employees seem miserable when she's there. Other wise the entire rest of the staff are extremely nice. Any other mcdonalds gives us plastic cups for our waters and never an issue. Maria is majnoon.

it is an outrage to consider this McDonald's a fast food restaurant. iv been waiting on the side for 20 mins for a four peace chicken nugget. A 4 pc chicken nugget. not only has this young man been handing out orders to every car that came after ours but they didn't give me the ranch I requested. they made a different worker come hand me my food after I asked where my order was 10 mins in the wait the worst part she didn't apologize for the wait.

I was in there last night, the bathroom was disgusting had the worst odor ever like a toilet was clogged or something. Second, my brother had ordered a chicken sandwich. We get the order and they gave him a sandwich with no chicken. Just lettuce and tomato.

I came inside for a coffee because their DT was out to the road , everyone was in a panic trying to make drive thru speed of service that the 10 people in the lobby trying to order didn’t matter. I really hate to post reviews but some things are just RIDICULOUS. I asked four people who was the front cashier no one knew including the manager?!?!?! HOW!!! Poor 80 year old woman stood up there for 30 min with her cane and was ignored.& lastly the teenage girls in there have the NASTIEST WORST ATTITUDE I’ve EVER seen in customer service.This happens all the time here , same thing in drive thru they won’t answer ANY questions all they know how to say is “ anything else “ “anything else “ anything else “ I suggest they find a job that is not focused around customer service because I know they are driving sales down.Anyways steer clear if you can find another McDonald’s ❤️

So sat night in burgaw nc I brought me and my family who was from NJ to the McDonald's thereWe ordered our food placed the locator plac so that can bring our food to table it took an hr before we got our food witch I had to go up and remind them food was cold coffee was not hot ..I know we have bad days but as I went up to ask about food u have people coming in from drive thru complaining too it's I will never go to this McDonald's again I'm not saying they all bad but I had family from out of town not a good welcome

Ordered a "Carmel iced coffee" received what was essentially just milk and caramel. Asked for to be remade they made it exactly like the initial time. Then refused to make it a 3rd (correctly). My choices were either money back or a iced black coffee w/ cream and sugar added personally.
