Have been here twice , first time when it opened not great, the co should have invested more time in training. So after 2 years figured we give it another try . It was Friday evening around 8pm. 2 girls working 1 on phone talking to someone about register the other girl was waiting on a family of 4, the girl on phone solved the problem then came over to wait on us, we told her to help the other girl with the family so they could all be waited on together, they were finished and went to pay for their order , while paying for their order the girl realized she didn’t put sprinkles in one of the kids ice cream . He was halfway through his ice cream by now and ask if he still wanted them he said no.The girl that was going to help us , then started cleaning counter and blender and metal cups used for making drinks. So we stood their and waited She did not turn around , she was drinking her drink and continued to wash dishes. She knew we were waiting as she asked us before we told her to help the other girl first. We’ve now been waiting close to 15 min! Left with out being waited on ! Waiting 15 min isn’t the problem, if it was busy , it’s the lack of customer service . Again training is key when leaving two young kids to run a business. Will not go back a third time.

It was a cute place, but the milkshake I got was small and tasted like water, the whipped cream was really good, the staff was boring and a little rude.

I had a two scoop cup and it was difficult to choose from so many flavors. My granddaughter and I each took home a pizza cone to go. We've had them before and they are amazing! The owner was there and he is very friendly. The establishment is always clean and the children always have a great time.

We love this icecream shop. They have TONS of flavor options, with really great prices. The icecream tastes great and the service is always excellent. Clean facility, clean restrooms. What else can you ask for?

We went in tonight and enjoyed it so much, my son is very loud and hyper and he was super comfortable there. He had a moment he was a bit upset and the lady behind the counter was a huge help and made him smile. I asked for her name, its Ann. She is such a great people person for that place. The past times we have came there were 2 younger teens working and they didnt greet us, and were on their phones the whole time. I love that the mood is changing in that place. We will be back!

Stop by for a scoop of ice cream after dinner. Everyone else enjoys the ice cream. The butter pecan ice cream tasted a little freeze burnt other than everything was great.
If you find yourself all the way out in Burgaw, this place is definitely worth a stop especially in the summer time. One of the few ice cream places with a good coconut ice cream too if you’re into that sort of thing!

10-8-23Interestingly placed ice cream joint in the busting town of Burgaw (ha!). It's rural location makes for a surprise. Interior is colorful with child-like stuff going on. Clean and bright. Has some TVs. I'd say there are six tables total on the interior and a couple of benches outside.Has an exhaustive amount of flavors, toppings, sizes, and cone options. There are no issues with choice! Got a chocolate waffle cone with moose tracks. Excellent and a reorder.I find the prices a tad high here relative to other joints but not something astronomically outrageous.A good stop should you need your ice cream fix!

My wife and I stopped by this place and it was nothing but wonderful. The decor brought me back to childhood. The owner and the young ladies behind the counter were very helpful and nice. The ice cream was very good, including my wife's non dairy option. We'll definitely stop back by the next time we're in Burgaw!
