Can someone please explain how it is okay to have a store that waits on individual customers to be okay with one person ordering 10 individual sandwiches (not calling it in) then the very next customer ordering seven sandwiches (all different) while multiple other people are waiting on their lunch break just trying to get a sandwich and get back to work on time? There has to be a point where each customer is equally important! What an absolute joke of customer appreciation! I am not a sandwich shop manager and I am sure I would handle it better.

The workers were fantastic but the heat in the store was unbearable. Over 80 degrees. Management clearly doesn't care about their workers to have them in these conditions. Again, the two workers inside were wonderful and trying to make the best of it but what disgusting working conditions and treatment. All guests were hot as well. This must be fixed.

I stopped in today for the 1st time and apparently your not allowed to see the sandwich being made. I found that weird and the attitude of the girl who made it as well as the girl who I paid less than polite and very immature. It was my 1st and last time eating at this place. I wish places hired people who actually have the ability to give customer service after all that is your job.

Waited 30 minutes when being the only customer in the shop due to online orders.
It's hard to find a good sub place. But I think I have now! SubWay is great it a sub made your way. Or you can leave it up to the masters. But by far 10/10. Always honest-AW
The employee named Grace is a keeper for this owner of subway! She handled customer complaints GRACEfully (lol) and serviced all her customers in a timely manner while it was busy. She seemed to be the only one working but she was on it! Great job grace!!
