Absolutely the worst customer service!!! We ordered online in the parking lot after 20 minutes of working on order we we went inside to see what was going on. The MANAGER said we don't have that we showed them the order they then said oh well we don't work on orders till you check in because people don't show up. After another 15 mind they gave us our order and almost everything ess burnt. Dry or broken. They said the didn't have nacho fries when drive thru was surviving them the didn't have the cream for the new slushy. They put the spicy sauce on the plain quesadilla so my toddlers mouth was on fire. management is obviously the problem workers will do the bare minimum and when management is rude and finds it humorous to be vengeful workers follow suit. It isn't the 1st time dealing with this taco bell and it looks like we are n t the only ones based on the reviews.

This SPECIFIC Taco Bell doesn’t know how to follow orders. They give you the wrong order many many times. And tell me why one of my cheesy fiesta potatoes had worm like noodles in it?????? This place needs either a new manager or new employees that actually know how to take an order and get it correct. I shouldn’t have many mistakes REPEATEDLY!!! Terrible service!!!!! Many door dashers have complained to me how the people that work at this Taco Bell are. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Ordered online for delivery with the tacobell app being delivered through door dash. Ordered at 632pm. 730 came so I called the store and was advised they were waiting for a driver. I specifically told the lady that awnsered the phone that the food was going to be cold. She insisted that it would be fine because it was in a warmer 🙄. Food wasn't picked up until 745 and delivered to my house at 803. Total of an hour and a half. The food was cold and mush because it sat on the counter so dam long. It was not even editable at that point. Then to make matters worse was missing parts of the order. Never again. What a joke. What a complete waste of 40$ and my time. Door dash sucks balls and taco bell in burgaw should have waited until a driver was assigned and on the way to get the order before they made the order not to mention quality control.

Tried to call the store to report a food born illness because a few hours after eating here my brother in law and I both became very ill, they would not answer their phone and instead REPEATEDLY hung up on me. Food was mediocre, and clearly something was improperly prepared. Wouldn’t suggest going here 👍
I would give it zero but zero stars isn’t an option. Waiting for food about 45 minutes with only 1 other family waiting. When I asked about my food they realized they gave it away to someone at the drive thru and I was told they would need to remake it. So I had to wait longer. In the end we got the refund and left.

Me and my soccer team were mad hungry and they took over an hour to not even make our food yet. there’s 2 other jits in here and they are just standing around. the employee is crashing out because she is in college and wishes she wasn’t. this is a disgrace to taco bell’s everywhere. There was this one guy before us and he got a terrible meal. (photo below)
