I really like this place. I usually get one of the iced coffees however I do recommend the strawberry milk. This place is always clean and consistent with great service and products. They also play a good selection of K-Pop hits. I will be back. P1ECE forever!!!!!!

I just went today, Overall I think this boba place is absolutely adorable!! The food also looks very amazing. I looked at the seating and it was very adorable and it gives you many options on where to sit, My only concern was the boba.I asked for a coffee flavored boba with the normal sweetness it comes with. In my opinion it did taste a bit weird and it had this black stuff at the bottom and I mixed it into my drink. I don’t know if it was that or not. But it did taste a bit strange to me, And the worse part is I just really didn’t like it and I got a large without thinking twice. and I originally came because the other one I go to was closed. But overall I really loved it here.

I met up with a friend here per their suggestion. The Café was cute. The aesthetic was giving Texas with the cactus, but I realize it's because it originated from Texas? Unsure, but loved the variety of seating. There's a variety of boba options too.I ordered the Peach Jasmine Macchiato Tea and 3 macarons (Blueberry, Chocolate, & Lemon). The tea has a choice between a cream cheese or salty milk cap topping. I don't usually like that, but I opted for the cream cheese suggestion and it paired well with the drink. The caffeine from the tea helped me wake up too at 6 in the evening.Macarons were 3 for $7. There are other pastry options. I think there are snacks options, but when I visited it was unavailable.A little later, I decided to order the Tropical Peach Mango Yogurt (in a jar bc I saw a sign saying the jar is free). I'm biased because I love mango, so of course I thought it was delicious.Note: There is a credit card fee of 38 cents. There is only one restroom. They have small plushies for sale.Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids here. They also have some board games.

Worker was absolutely rude. We asked for Thai tea she told us to point on the menu and show where it says Thai tea (they have Thai tea), we asked for a matcha boba and worker gave an attitude saying “we don’t have matcha boba we have matcha milktea and matcha boba milktea” are you dumb? Okay. -10/10 experience

Such a cute and place. And the tea we ordered was good. Unfortunately, we can’t frequent this location due to the lack of dairy free options. There is a local boba tea just a few miles away that provides more gut friendly options, that we highly recommend.

the tea itself is good, overpriced but good. if you order a large and they are out of large cups they don't tell you, you pay for a large and get a small, a scam if you ask me. if i pay for a large i expect to get a large, if you are out of large cups JUST SAY THAT BEFORE I PAY!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management sucks and is unprofessional. The aroma of the place is also unpleasant. Smells like farts. Drinks are also extremely overpriced and I’ve heard toppings are expired. If you get any toppings I recommend the boba since it’s the only thing that is definitely fresh. Royal Tea in Alamance Crossing is a good boba cafe!Dietary restrictions: Does not offer dairy alternatives.

I loved the place it was really nice and clean. We even had games to play while waiting. Their was only one person working cash register and making drinks both times I came. I had trouble with my card the staff member was really nice and patient with me. My only convenience was that my tapioca perals were not fresh and were a little hard.. Other than that it was really great and convenient!!

Some people are saying that the poking straw method is susceptible to spills, that the drinks are too syrupy, and the tapioca pearls are too hard. I have an answer to all three of these things as a frequent customer who has waited to give a review!!The poke straw method is definitely a little jarring, but it isn’t hard to avoid spills if you cleanly poke down and do not slam your straw into the drink at mach 10 speeds. Still even then once in awhile it might have a drop or 2 come out so I think it wouldn’t be a bad idea to change this in the future!!The drinks are definitely syrupy but this is also a style of business. I’ve been to many boba places and it kind of depends on their style of making drinks. Some boba places have light tasting drinks while some like to advertise much sweeter ones. This one is on the sweeter side, and that’s a preference in my opinion. Mixing the drinks with syrup helps tremendously! The tapioca pearls are indeed sometimes chewy, and sometimes not. But contrary to a few of these reviews, I’ve never gotten VERY chewy boba pearls that were almost hard.Lastly, the food I will admit is a little bland and a couple of the desserts seem a bit cheap. But most of them are decent and a nice add on!Good staff, atmosphere nice and always clean.

Spontaneous trip after getting my daughter’s nails done on a Sunday and it was a CUTE place. Boba and a smoothie was ordered and it was good. The decor is nice and liked the added touch of the different bobas. The servers were friendly. The place seems to be a nice hangout spot for the college community.
