Food pretty good. Service was under par, had to ask for vinegar, catsup and tea. Had to wait for tea. Not feeling it here.
The lunch wraps are very delicious, and don't get me started on the cakes here. They are beyond delicious! The double chocolate and carrot cakes are a MUST have!
Food was so good it was unbelievable! Like every bite is like mmm mmmmm mmm omg mmm!!! Like for real! 10/10 highly recommend! My teenagers ran off with my plate!!
Well let me start off to say. I didn’t even know it was a soul food restaurant here in Burlington. I went and got my dad and his girlfriend something to eat and they loved it. I got bbq ribs, cabbage, cornbread and yams for my dad. My dad girlfriend got fried fish, collards greens, cornbread and Mac-n-cheese. The staff was very nice and it was also clean.
For $18? The Turkey Wrap was ok, the macaroni salad was a little runny, & I got a piece of red velvet cake cake! Way too expensive! I definitely wouldn't recommend!
We just ate here not even five minutes ago and I just have to leave a review. If you eat anywhere in Burlington- it has to be here. The staff and owner were the warmest and most welcoming people you'll ever meet, and the food is REALLY really good. Seriously- the cabbage is to die for, and they'll even tell you how they make it! You can really tell that the staff care; they fixed up the place, and it's small businesses like this that make the world better.
