Every single person I've ever spoken with has been so pleasant! Jamie was especially kind and eager to please. I've been here many times - by myself, with my mom and grandmother, and with my kids. The food is always good and always fresh. The prices are PHENOMENAL! The staff - I just can't say enough how great they are! You will not be disappointed!

I ordered online had a promos time of 6:14 I called at 6:30 to ask where to park for curbside. Told me I was waiting on pie to cook. I callled again at 6:45 said stilll waiting on pie it is know 7pm still no food I asked when called the second time is it just the pie I am waiting on I don’t want my food to be cold she asked if I wanted her to bring the pizza out why would you bring out half a order finally someone came with exactly what I would think only my pizza no drink no pie 45 mins later and it is cold!!!!!!!!!!! Worse service ever!!!! Do not recommend I do not know how this place has such great ratings

Sam Lauren Kenzy there were absolutely amazing. First time eating here and I must say I will return. There customer service is out of this world. Sam recommended so many different things for me to try and everything I selected was good. Ordered the burger tray and a hot dog on the side just to see how great it was since Sam recommended and I will say she was right. Food cooked fresh to order and Kenzy made my sandwich exactly as I asked. They also have a bar in there but I didn’t try any of those. They make this homemade seasoning for the fries which really added so much flavor never had that before. These 3 are definitely keepers great smiles and personalities. Thank you for such great customer service
I think iv reviewed this place all ready but I cant get enough from this place I LOVE IT! the people that work there are super friendly and they gave me a discount for my last order I come here at least 1s a week and they never fail. Americana cafe is wayyyyy much better than 5 guys next door!

9/25/25 This was our first time at Americana Cafe. We were celebrating my mom’s 76th bday and she loves a good burger. On the surface I thought it’s a typical burger convenient dinner spot. But oh boy, we really got to enjoy some really yummy food. I’m not a French fry person but the bacon ranch fries I got with my hot dog were perfect. They make the ranch dressing onsite and I’d like about a gallon of it for home. The service was really good and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Food very mid (bland). Panini mostly dry bread . About a tablespoon of meat with a few diced of peppers. Not the same as posted pictures. Nice staff. Fried foods was good and crispy. I got full off fries and soda.
