Just watch six cars sitting in the drive thru . All of them left or drove around the building . Thought maybe the drive thru was down . Drove around to see 4 employees laying over the counter. No one getting the drive thru. Sat and watched 5 more cars sit and wait . Only one had their order taken. Have always loved Arby’s . Very disappointed . I have never seen this happen at Arby’s . So sad

Ordered online. Showed up and they didn’t have me in system so I said I’ll circle back around. Mind you I’ve already been charged for my food. Ordered ahead because I had to be somewhere else at a certain time. Pulled back around and am told their system and fryer are down now and I needed to pull into a parking spot and wait. Making me late for where I needed to be! I factored in my extra time even preparing by ordering ahead of time. This is rediculous it’s 9:40pm! 15mins later and I am still waiting and now even more late! DO NOT RECOMMEND

It's arbys lol. It's nothing special but it does it job
Arby’s. I’m kind of disappointed. I had an online order and when I went inside to grab the food I asked if I could please get some arbys sauce, horsey sauce and ketchup and the older woman working the front kinda cut me off and said it was already in the bag. Even though she was being cold I laughed and apologized without getting any response and left…until I got in the car and realized they had forgotten a drink. I went inside and a young, male coworker was very nice and helpful so I leave with a smile and go on my way…everything’s good. Got the food, got the drink, got the SAUCE…oops just kidding. No sauces cept the one that comes with your jalepeno poppers and I think bbq for my mom’s chicken sandwich. I am disappointed. I feel like I wouldn’t have cares so much had the female worker not seemed borderline offended that I would ask such a question and so confident that they were in the bag.
This says nothing about my other experiences though because I love Arby’s and have never had a bad experience with your employees or issues with the food. I’m just kind of disappointed.

Can't speak on the atmosphere or the service cause I didn't interact w the employee much ( she was friendly)since it was drive thru. Been a minute since I've ate there and yesterday is definitely the last time, too many chances too many missed opportunities. Yesterday I ordered a roast beef meal and a chicken nugget meal, leave the drive through turn left at the Ford place reach to grab a fry literally cold not even warm. If I wasn't pressed for time I would've came back. Get too my location maybe 6 minutes away if that roast beef and chicken nuggets luke warm barely , cold fries and warm tea.
