Customer service great but the espresso taste burnt & bitter ): for a $7 latte I would expect better quality espresso wasted my money Dunkin is 10x better

Waited forever at the window to pay for my order but after 3 minutes and no one came, I left. No one was in line but me so there was no excuse. This isn’t the first bad experience here so I won’t be back.

They microwave the bagels. After giving them another try and asking for it to be toasted, once again after about 5 minutes the edges were hard as a rock, clear sign they were microwaved, likely to melt the cheese. No beuno!

Only been here once so my opinion is not strong but first impression was that the iced coffee tasted very similar to dunkin iced coffee. The flavoring is too strong and too sweet. Got a medium and barely got through half of it and couldn't drink the rest due to how sweet and chemical tasting it was. Couldn't taste a hint of actual coffee. I would give it a 3 star just based on that but I didn't really have a bad experience. It could just be a personal preference thing. If you love Dunkin coffee then you'll probably like it. Service was very slow but friendly. No opinion on the food, didn't get any.
I had not heard of Biggby before this location opened, but I soon found myself stopping here more and more often. The coffee drinks are excellent (the Irish cream seasonal drinks are particularly tasty) but the food is what really puts Starbucks to shame. My favorite item is the turkey havarti bagel - it’s a delicious hot bagel with sliced turkey and melted cheese that has NEVER been still frozen in the center.
Most days Biggby has some kind of special going on (eg BOGO $1) and the staff are always quick to offer it to you. On the subject of the staff, they have always been nothing short of delightful. They put the orders together quickly and accurately and their friendly banter suggests a positive atmosphere. I will caution: they are experts at the upsell and it’s not difficult for an $8 drink to become a $14 outing purchase — they make sure you know ALL your options for your drink.
Still, I find the price to be not too much different than Bux but the quality of the products and the less chaotic environment makes the additional few dollars well worth it.
On a note pertaining to this location, getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you need to turn left out of the parking lot, but that has no impact on the store itself!

MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! they order delivery for 20 gallons of milk, they do not tip very well and they request to STOCK their cooler..... the manager needs training on leadership! this is why morale is so low!!! no communication, blatant racis m, and ignorance!! DO NOT DELIVER TO THEM

I love there drinks but they keep changing prices of stuff. They offer you other stuff but dont tell you its going to cost more. The points never works right and gets rid of the free drinks.

My family and I treat ourselves several times a month to this place. My husband says..." I don't know why anyone would go to Starbucks when Biggby is right up the street," and "If he could give Biggby six stars, he would. Our fav is the butter bear frozen latte with sweet foam. Also, the people at the drive-thru are always friendly, patient, and helpful.
