This is my 3rd time doing an online order 15 mins before arriving to the location & having to waiting 10-20 mins for them to tell me they are still working on it. Then I get my drink I telling it’s just been sitting around.

This place is great! They are always friendly and the service has been outstanding on every visit. They also have a rewards program and program recognizing veterans.

Honestly I wish I could give higher than a 5. Every time I come here the staff is extremely friendly (maybe they drink a lot of coffee). The drinks are perfect every time and I have never had a hiccup with an order. Making boujee coffee look good and a great price!!

Customer service great but the espresso taste burnt & bitter ): for a $7 latte I would expect better quality espresso wasted my money Dunkin is 10x better

Waited forever at the window to pay for my order but after 3 minutes and no one came, I left. No one was in line but me so there was no excuse. This isn’t the first bad experience here so I won’t be back.

They microwave the bagels. After giving them another try and asking for it to be toasted, once again after about 5 minutes the edges were hard as a rock, clear sign they were microwaved, likely to melt the cheese. No beuno!

Only been here once so my opinion is not strong but first impression was that the iced coffee tasted very similar to dunkin iced coffee. The flavoring is too strong and too sweet. Got a medium and barely got through half of it and couldn't drink the rest due to how sweet and chemical tasting it was. Couldn't taste a hint of actual coffee. I would give it a 3 star just based on that but I didn't really have a bad experience. It could just be a personal preference thing. If you love Dunkin coffee then you'll probably like it. Service was very slow but friendly. No opinion on the food, didn't get any.
