Only been here once so my opinion is not strong but first impression was that the iced coffee tasted very similar to dunkin iced coffee. The flavoring is too strong and too sweet. Got a medium and barely got through half of it and couldn't drink the rest due to how sweet and chemical tasting it was. Couldn't taste a hint of actual coffee. I would give it a 3 star just based on that but I didn't really have a bad experience. It could just be a personal preference...
I had not heard of Biggby before this location opened, but I soon found myself stopping here more and more often. The coffee drinks are excellent (the Irish cream seasonal drinks are particularly tasty) but the food is what really puts Starbucks to shame. My favorite item is the turkey havarti bagel - it’s a delicious hot bagel with sliced turkey and melted cheese that has NEVER been still frozen in the center.

I love there drinks but they keep changing prices of stuff. They offer you other stuff but dont tell you its going to cost more. The points never works right and gets rid of the free drinks.
