I arrived at 12:28pm on a Friday afternoon. This is an express location, so you can’t go inside. It looks pretty new, actually. I’m not sure how long it’s been here.
The drive thru was empty. I ordered 2 chicken biscuit combo with fries. It was a little over $18, wow lol.
There was a little wait for the food. The fries were overcooked (or recooked) and unsalted. The only thing that helped me eat the fries was ketchup. The biscuit was thin, as if I had gotten a skinny biscuit, which I didn’t. While the chicken was an appropriate temperature, it was thin and not crispy.
While my strawberry tea was tasty and the staff were friendly and patient, I was disappointed with this meal. I had a craving for a good biscuit and this left that craving unmet. The chicken biscuit cannot compare to Chick-Fil-A at all. I’ve had other biscuits and fries from Biscuitville that were enjoyable. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to previous experiences or my expectations

Saw the one on 62 was jammed, so I drove here to order. Nobody in line is great because I'm cutting it close to get to work. Order a #14, NO CHEESE, ADD BACON, Hashbrown and OJ. Boy oh boy, she messed it up, she added cheese, fries, and a hashbrown, no ham.... I corrected her on the order...TWICE, #14, no cheese, add bacon with a Hashbrown.... I pay, gotta go, and get to work, only to find out I have a #3, biscuit with Double Cheese, NO EGG, and COLD ham and bacon!! Well, at least they got the OJ right.

Worst experience ever, but just at this location. My grits were half done. When I returned them, I was received with a very dismissive attitude from Taneeka. Her attitude was so poor, I decided to return my whole order and get my money back. Won't go to this location ever again

Horrible place will not return… I came back next day for them to take care of my order that they completely messed up day prior that they contacted me about… I took a survey on receipt and the assistant manager ended up reaching out to me to get a remake that I can come back whenever to get it taken care of… I come back the following day Just to be given a hard time again! Spoke with manager prior to arrival.. arrived to restaurant asked the employees to get manager so I can make sure it was taken care of correctly this time… as we just spoke on the phone not long prior! They refused to get manager and then went on to say they know the situation..yet they didn’t because they would not have been asking for days old food that was from day prior and that was actually tossed out because it was cold and had hair and burned bacon you couldn’t even chrew..the woman insisted on being given the food from day prior yet she said she knew the situation. Well evidently she didn’t because again the manager reached out to me from a survey I took and offered to remake our meals.. I didn’t call in and complain and ask for a remake…manager reached out and offered remake.. not to mention This is suppose to be express they take forever! Food is cold and disgusting! Employees are non friendly and rude whatsoever! If I could give this a zero star I would! You might as well head to Huffman mill Biscutville or else where! Dont waste your time!

Loved coming to this location before they built another Biscuitville and remodeled it. Even though there was already a Biscuitville in this location.
I don't think I've ever had a good biscuit here. Always dry on the outside and under cooked inside. Country ham always looks boiled (gray). Bojangles does it way better sorry.

I’m changing to one star…if even that. I’m home, my order is wrong and my food is not good!!! It taste OLD!!! This Express concept is not a good idea. I’ve eaten at Biscuitville my entire life and customizing my order is part of the appeal. When ordering at this location, you can’t even get a scrambled egg. The food and service has much to desire!!! Go to any other location but this one!
