My first time at Biscuitville. Got the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit with coffee a side of grits and a dozen biscuits to go. It was delicious. This is a fast food place not a fancy restaurant. Very clean location that does provide sit down area to enjoy your food. Lots of complimentary items for biscuits on a side table. Very friendly staff that works quickly to serve. I really am impressed with service and cleanliness of the venue besides delicious biscuits. The biscuits are made fresh right in front to view the process. Drive thru available. Plenty of free parking. Wish I had one of these up North East.

Lately, there have been alot of issues with orders that aren't correct. Those who work at Biscuitville need to keep in mind that "life-threatening allergies" are a real thing! If someone specifically says "no cheese," then it should not be placed on the item.
Also, the general manager or whoever is in charge needs to speak with their employees about this. When an order is placed, it should be double-checked to make sure the correct items are in the bag. I do understand that as humans, we get in a rush, but who wants to waste gas to come back to Biscuitville because items weren't correct or some were missing? It should not be the customers' responsibility each and every time to check their own bag before leaving.
It's very disheartening when a long time customer starts to experience bad service. Slow down, reset and do the job right!!

First time coming here and I don't understand the hype. I used to hear for years back in 2013 through 2015 how amazing this place was. I ordered it and felt like it was bland for the price. The coffee sucked. The biscuit wasn't bad, but it was nothing to call home about. I think it's very average for food. But I guess if someone doesn't have a better option and it's all you have I guess it's good then. I don't think I would try again. Shoot McDonald's breakfast is probably more tasty then this was.
