I called the Bjs Bakery department at the beginning of the week and asked if they could put a picture we had on a Birthday Cake. They told me yes I would just need to email the picture to them to make sure. I did this and they told me they could. They told me I could place the order online as well. Well, I placed the order and recent a email with the image I wanted on the cake. I go to pick up the cake and there is NO IMAGE on the cake. Only Happy Birthday Izzy. Thanks for ruining my surprise for my niece. I try to do small special things for her. Since she has lost both her parents and such a young age. Great job BJ's Bakery

After having a last minute cancellation I was in need of a cake for my daughters first birthday. Although it wasn’t a 24 hour notice Jennifer in the bakery made sure she could take care of me. She was so kind and attentive.

I go here with my Dad all the time. The store is very clean and seems well stocked, prices are ok, the employees are very helpful. The membership is $55.00 per year and you can also use the membership to get gas at a pretty good price too. I would definitely recommend people give them a try.

Don’t try to pick up your online order inside the club. There is a huge disconnect when you try between the customer service desk and the folks who handle the orders. Way shorter to use the app!
