I did a Google search for BJs to get more information and stumbled on a discounted membership. It was very easy to sign up and I was able to add an additional member in my household for free. You can add additional members but there is a fee. Be aware there are different types of memberships. Since I order my membership online, I needed to pick up my cards from the customer service counter. I was greeted very nicely by the gentleman by the door. He directed me to the Membership counter. I waited for a few moments before someone assisted me. She was so friendly and gave me the run down of how the store works. BJs had a good selection of items, but it is a bit smaller than the other wholesale warehouses. I enjoyed walking around and getting a feel of the layout of the store. I like that it isn't as overwhelming as some warehouses. This is the best place to get ingredients, seasonings and bulk grocery items. They had a smaller clothing section. Also, they sold some books and electronics. I noticed they had a pretty nice selection of TVs and pool supplies. There is a section for eyeglasses near the customer service counter. The grocery section was well stocked and looked fresh. If you are planning a party, this is a good place to pick up cakes, salads, paper products, desserts and drinks. The aisles are wide enough so you aren't bumping in each other. Present your receipt as you walk out. I think I am going to enjoy my membership here.

We bought a tv from BJ's and added the extra warranty for $99. The tv worked fine for 5 weeks. First, it went off/on of black screen. Now, it's black screen with sound, no picture. I've called Samsung and BJ's. We've replaced cabling as suggested by Samsung when it first started, that didn't work. Now that I'm wanting it replaced or refunded, Samsung tells me since it's within 90 days, it's BJ's responsibility to handle. However, BJ's is telling me since it's past 30 days, it's under manufacturer warranty and there's no box that it's Samsungs responsibility. I am tired of getting the run around. I am without a tv for the holidays with family coming in. Thanks a lot.

Jeers on poor staffing in the tire center. It should t be closed during g business hours especially when they are the only folks that service propane tanks. Managers should be cross trained and able to do those tasks. No one in the meat dept either during regular business hours. Going downhill from when I bought my membership.

I really hate to be writing this but I just had a very bad experience at the Burlington bjs. We waited over 30 minutes at the deli and there was nobody behind the counter. Everybody kept saying he was on break and nobody else to help. Insisted on a manager and what good that did. Not very nice and didn't attempt to go get him . There was a lot of people waiting. I know employees get a break but with that many people why would you not get him? I know a break is not over 30 minutes and when he came back he was not very nice at all. Need a little more help here! I worked with the public for 43 years and if I had treated even 1patient nasty, it would not be pleasant. It seems like people don't know how to treat people anymore.

Don’t try to pick up your online order inside the club. There is a huge disconnect when you try between the customer service desk and the folks who handle the orders. Way shorter to use the app!

I had a delightful experience and conversation with Miss Destiny today. She was very helpful. She found items for me and called someone to find another items that was not on the floor. She is an exemplary employee that when far and beyond my expectations. Thank you Miss Destiny!!!!

I have only been to this store twice. One of the first things I noticed about this store are the staff. The staff are very friendly and will help you find anything you need. If you have never been to a store like this it could be rather overwhelming. Once you find your way around and figure out where everything is at your further experiences will be much more enjoyable!

So the people up front and those in the deli have always been fantastic but it seems that other areas are lack luster. I ordered a cake for my nephew a while back. When I picked the cake up they also gave me the order sheet which displayed his name correctly. With everything going on that day, it wasnt until I arrived at the party that I realized his name was spelled incorrectly. We laughed it off and it wasnt that big of a deal. What was a huge deal was when I decided to give them another go, I ordered a 2 tier cake for my husbands birthday. It was fiesta themed and I showed the girl taking the order pictures of what I was looking for. My grandfather picked the cake up and I was mortified when he arrived with it at the party. The cake looked like a little girls birthday cake. I had to redecorate it so It would go with the very elaborate food table i had set up. I called, spoke to a manager and just explained my frustration. She assured me she would call back on Monday with a resolution. That was roughly 3 weeks ago. I guess I should have asked her which Monday of this year because I have still yet to hear back. One of the older ladys in the bakery was rude and they obviously decorated the cake as quickly as possible. The excuse was that they were slammed with cake orders. That isnt my problem, I ordered the cake in plenty of time before the event. If they have too many orders and cannot fulfill orders in an acceptable way, they should turn people away.
