How do you not have anything available after letting someone sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes? Employees could have at least acknowledged me and told me that they didn't have anything available instead of just letting me sit there waiting to have my order taken.

I’ve been to damn near every bojangles in the state. From OBX to the Triad to the mountains. This is the slowest, yet most busy bojangles I’ve ever been to. The service isn’t even polite for being so absurdly slow. There’s a Bojangles right down the road from this one and it’s like they just send all their good people to that one. Because this one down right just sucks. And has for years.

Went to this restaurant on Sunday, December 8th, trying to place a to go order. We were in line for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged the people standing at the front checkout, trying to place to go orders. No manager available to our knowledge. There were probably 5 other people waiting on their orders, which was already placed.

Bojangles on Mebane oaks road should just close! Mario at the drive thru is very disrespectful they served me half raw supremes with rock hard bottom biscuits then refused the corporate number and wouldn't fix the order told me to get out of the drive thru they're not fixing their raw Supreme mistake.

Terrible experience, the manager of this bojangles should be investigated. Their constantly close 30 minutes prior to ten. What’s the point of having store hours if you don’t follow them. It’s a shame the store on S Church st is either closed or gives out old food. In short, if you want chicken I recommend the one on Huffman Mill Rd or try Popeyes.

This location is good at pretending they’re working hard. It’s about 5 ppl back there that’s just moving around looking lost. Every 10 minutes someone come to the register to take your order lol. But the food is always ok here.

The young lady working the register need to work in the back cooking or something, you want the people working in the front to always be polite and say hello and goodbye. None of that was said, her face was angry, and had a attitude like I did something. Sorry to leave this review but I'm getting a litte tired of people choosing to work somewhere they have to talk to the public but they looking like the customer is wrong for walking in the restaurant.
