This is the second time I’ve went through in my car to get food and have been told to pull into a parking spot and wait. Today it was 15 minutes so I went in. Thankfully I know to check the food bc last time I had burnt biscuits and didn’t notice until I got home. Checked the bag and sure enough BURNT crispy biscuit. I would recommend going to the new bojangles instead. Even if it’s out of your way TRUST me. Or MAKE SURE TO CHECK your food. Good luck!
Won't eat anywhere that replaces people with AI anywhere in the restaurant.
Horrible customer service the man who is working the drive-through tonight is so rude and snapped at me. He said there was only one person working tonight. Do not recommend.
Ordered poor food quality that I can’t even eat. Chicken half done, biscuits hard as bricks and old rice.

Not a jab at all locations but sheesh... The location on Huffman Mill rd was special to say the least. Soon as I walked in I was thrown off buy the decor or lack there of. It was just open and empty. Didn't have a feel or vibe at all. Almost like a shell. The outside looked like a bojangles but the inside was offputtingly empty. Soon as I walked in I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and Idk if the sound system to the store was messed up but hot damn I'm not sure what music they were listening to but it was all distorted and sounded like some type of cult trance music. Like literally when I noticed it my hair started standing up on my arms even my girlfriend mentioned it. It was definitely an interesting experience. Food was ok I suppose only got a egg and cheese biscuit but the vibe just completely through me off. Felt like we were in some kind of Twilight Zone episode 😂

Gross! Took over 7 mins for anyone to take our order, another 10 to get the food. The chicken sandwich had 1/2 cut of mayo - yes that much - had to scrape it off. The chicken was good but the mash potatoes and gravy & coleslaw tasted like we shouldn’t eat them. And on top, the bathrooms were filthy.
It’s a new place and good potential, but WOW! Very sad
Slowest Bojangles I think I have ever been to. The drive through…. Took 30 mins, so much for their new fancy ai ordering system speeding things up…When we got the food it was not good and I love Bojangles. But this one should close because it makes me never want to eat at one again

You all gave me food poisoning and the food tasted nothing like the store on north church street or maple avenue.

Biscuit was old and dry, beans were too salty and very thick, chicken was cooked much earlier, and no soap in bathroom.

When you pull into the drive through an AI generated voice takes your order. I had placed a mobile order that included a 3 pc leg and 2 thigh meal, and since I had ordered ahead it came out quickly, but after I had driven back to work to eat my meal I discovered that I was only given a 2 pc meal, none of the condiments I added to the order were present, and there was no cutlery for my dirty rice. The leg was juicy, but the thigh was dry and lacked meat.
