Food is good. Service was great when they first opened. Since opening they have gotten slower and slower and now expect a minimum of 5-15min wait period for the drive thru window. Recommend going to a different one if you need fast food.

If I could give a negative -1 I would !! If you go in the morning they tell you a certain item is in the back of the freezer & they aren't going to get it ! Food has been over cooked ! Employees fighting !! This store day 1 has been terrible since opening !!

If I had a penny for every time I went there and got disappointed, I would have enough to buy the damn joint. Anyway, food is always cold, french fries are always cold and dry, soft drinks are always flat. Not to mention how long they take.

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The customer service TRASH!! The gentleman that took our order felt we was asking for to much when we placed an order for (2) 12 piece dinners. He says they do not have enough chicken cooked so we asked could it be cooked. Then he says yeah in 30 mins. We agreed to wait for the food. He got an attitude and would not even look at us when taking our card for payment. No receipt received. He just seemed so inconvenienced. We have never been talked to the way this guy spoke to us. Then when brought out to us the guy was so rude!! NEVER EVER WILL WE COME BACK!!!

ITS 2:25 PM YOU SELL CHICKEN AND ITS A 20 MIN WAIT ON CHICKEN!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? THATS MONEY LOSS BE CAUSE 6 OR 7 CARS KEEP IT MOVING. SMH. IM CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW. THIS LOCATION ALWAYS GOT SOME CRAP GOING ON.

Morning/early lunch shift are friendly and try their best when I’ve been. Food quality is hit or miss - the indoor section was 30/40 degrees the other day but whomever was leading that day was very kind. However, lunch/afternoon service is atrocious. You will almost always be told there’s 10-30 minute wait and it’s always with an attitude consistently. Makes me want to never chance it and just go somewhere else.

Terrible service. My order wasn't ready for about 30 minutes after the pickup time they gave me and a full hour after I placed my order online. The order was for curbside pickup but I had to go in the store for anyone to know I was there despite checking in on the app. No one was at the cash register to greet customers or ask what their orders were, what were we waiting on. While I could understand having to wait for chicken to cook in a drive thru order or dine in, I don't understand having to wait an additional 30 minutes for a pickup order that was entered 30 minutes prior. And some other lady was waiting for 2 orders of bo rounds for 20 minutes+. She ended up asking for a refund and left.

I finally get my food and hour after ordering and after waiting the 30 minutes after my designated pickup time. When I get home, most of my Mac and cheese was inedible. It seems the styrofoam cup was put on a hot surface of some sort or was just otherwise disintegrating. I gave the food a 4/5 because everything was tasty with the exception of the styrofoam-laden macaroni and cheese. I'd give service and atmosphere no stars if it were possible. I will not be returning after this experience.
