Food is great and the people are fine but the AI ordering is insufferable. It interrupts my ordering to offer me things I don’t want, makes mistakes, and isn’t flexible. I will go somewhere else instead.

Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes over to the Huffman Mill location. This location is so hit and miss. And if you make a modification using the AI system in the drive through and it gets it wrong, you will not be able to talk to an employee over the intercom to fix it. When it misses it’s because the food is cold and it takes forever.
It’s just sad that the other 2 locations within a 10 minutes drive of this one are so much better and neither of those is that great.

Ordered grilled chicken and it was cold..... like not even luke warm but literally cold. If I wanted a cold cut chicken sandwich I would've made at home

The food was better than it has been on Huffman Mill Rd. maybe it's because the AI takes the order instead of the humans. The people there act as if their doing you a favor by them acting as if their giving you your food for free but their taking your money at the same time with a up side down smile. If people don't like serving the public find something else to do, like working with animals maybe they might put smile on your face.

I paid extra for a 5 supremes combo for dinner and this was the fifth… this is actually disrespectful. Always having problems at this location, which I tolerate, but this is the craziest of crazy work.

OK. So I usually am ok with Bojangles. Not this time. I had the 3 piece chicken dinner. Chicken was ok once you got inside the skin. Skin was almost inedible. Probably sitting a while. Sides were ok, fries and coleslaw. Now this part ruined it for me. Dude was walking around behind the counter with fingernail clippers clipping his nails. I watched him whole time and only thing I seen him do was tell people walking in someone would be with them. I think he was actually assigned to keeping dining room in order. But grossed me out. Will never be able to go to this location again and not sure about any Bojangles. I usually can get past most anything, but fingernails? Cmon, do better! Did not let my wife know or she wouldn't have ate. Still haven't told her. 🙃
