Honestly not great at all. We just went there and of course once again we didn’t get all of our food, and you have to wait 25 minutes in line to just get your food. Maybe it’s just the location but don’t recommend eating there unless you want to waste money.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that they didn't have mayonnaise for my biscuits. I wouldn't have even ordered them if I knew that. I can understand running out of it once but twice is not a good way of running a restaurant.

After going to the third restaurant of the day trying to get service, we decided to go through the drive-through. This was a fairly new restaurant, and we waited in the drive-through line for 45 minutes to order 2 biscuits. And to drinks. I wasn't driving.

I’ve sat in line for over 25 minutes with less than 10 cars ahead of me. If you can’t do a car a minute, you need to look into your efficiency practices. Chick-fil-a seems to handle a larger volume faster. Maybe go ask for some advice?

Horrible management at this location, never enough employees to properly function, the workers that are their are overwhelmed. Went in today 3 total workers 1 whom was extremely rude.
Waited in line for almost 30 minutes for 2 steak biscuits. Got rang up for the wrong order. Guys get it right then walks off. Finally got my food with no receipt or at least a sorry about your wait and it's not that busy for the amount of workers you have.

The food is usually decent, that's if you get the right order and or all the items that you ordered. Several times the biscuit was missing. On two occasions the wrong parts of the chicken was placed in the order. Wrong sides with the meal. It's not their fault, it's my fault for continuing to go here. All I can say is check, and recheck your food.;(
One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever encountered. The service by the staff and manager were terrible and I had to wait 45 minutes for my order to be completed. The manager continued to rudely tell everyone, after they placed their order that they could only drop twelve pieces of chicken at a time and angrily gave refunds to customers. She also rudely told customers who ordered on the app that they had to get refunded on the app. I'll never return to this location and I'm considering removing Bojangles from my restaurant list.
