Had an online pick up order and they never started making my food for the 40 minutes I waited. Even after I arrived they continued to make the food of people who arrived after me first, it was three pieces of chicken. Regardless I left after 40 minutes and seeing the lint fall from the broken vents above the food.

This location has went SOO downhill. The service and workers are so terrible. I genuinely hope they get shut down soon since nobody wants to work anyways.
This place is a dump. The people running this establishment are rude, not timely and overall gives a horrible experience. Everytime I go thru the drive thru, I wait ten minutes and I'm the only one in line. SHUT IT DOWN!! OR REPLACE EMPLOYEES WITH ACTUAL GOOD WORKERS WHO CARE ABOUT MORALITY AND INTEGRITY. Seems to be certain people that are ungrateful and rude and untrustworthy. (If it's so bad, then go to another country). Seems like they are intentionally doing a bad job so to not bring more customers in. Add fire every single one of them and shut the place down

The slowest drive thru service I’ve ever experienced at a bojangles and there was only like 4 cars ahead of me.

15-20 minutes to get a Bojangles sandwich. When I got the order to the table and opened the box, I found a half eaten order of nuggets. Turns out that it was food that one of the workers was eating in the kitchen. She had placed it on the preparation counter, closed the lid, and someone put in the finished food slide. No one checked the box. When I returned it, the worker (whose food I had received) said she didn't want it back because I had touched the box. I am considering reporting this to the health inspector. At least two health violations - eating in preparation area and lack of control of prepared food. Question: Will someone respond. I doubt it.

2nd time in about a month that we have went through the Bojangles drive-thru with issues. The first time they messed the order up and the biscuits were under cooked, and now this time, no cheese on my biscuit and no honey mustard as requested, but it was paid for. I'm so over prices going up but the quality and service declines greatly.

Food was old I took it back to get my money and was given a attitude and very smart mouth by a lady name Deena miller who also yelled and said she didn't care if I reported her.i would never go there again
