I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Brixx Pizza. For the prices on their menu, I expected much better quality in both food and service. Unfortunately, the food was far from satisfying—lacking flavor, freshness, and any semblance of effort. It felt entirely inadequate for the cost.
The staff also seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which added to the overall unpleasantness of the visit. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the environment was not clean. Tables were sticky, and the general appearance of the place suggested it wasn’t being properly maintained.
For the high prices, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend Brixx Pizza to anyone looking for good food or a welcoming atmosphere.

I thought brixx pizza was going to be good since it’s wood fired and all, but I was disappointed by the pizza… the bottom of the pizza was like sand. But I tried to give it another chance and ordered the pasta instead…. Wow the sauce was so oily and salty which led me to not go back there again considering the high price too

Ordered 5 pizzas on 4/27/24 and prepaid online with designated pickup time. Arrived for pickup and order was never given to kitchen even though in their system. Oh well, mistakes happen so I waited for them to make pizzas. Was given a sausage pizza with so little sausage I thought it was oregano. Manager who was also cook sighed at my request and said he could make more sausage if I wanted to wait. I waited then told him I didn't have the best first experience at this establishment. He was defensive and said he "could" give me a small discount but that would be a pain because I prepaid. I passed and decided I wouldn't revisit. Including a pic of a mediocre pizza slice at a premium price. FWIW we've had nothing but good experiences at other Brixx locations, just wouldn't recommend this one with current management.

Loved being able to sit outside in a not -noisy place and have a really pleasant afternoon with friends and good draft beer. The salad I ordered was good, too. Service was great.

My pizza was terrible. I had like sand on the bottom, it’s the first time in my life I felt like giving the food back and I didn’t do it because I didn’t want to make a scene. Never coming back

Third time in a row going here and getting bad service, incorrect food and it's always dirty. Don't waste your time.Ordered the BBQ chicken with my wife. It came out with nearly no sauce, no red onion and no cilantro. The server said "well that's our BBQ pizza." My wife asked just for some red onion to throw on top and call it good. The server never brought them. Then we noticed about 1/3 of the pizza was crust, as in an entire slice but 2" had no toppings. So we asked them to remake it, and you can tell the genius working in the back was obnoxiously over topping the pizza. It came out looking like soup. And it was still missing cilantro. Then, like 15 minutes after the first incorrect pizza came out, we finally got our (burnt) bruschetta appetizer. At this point, my wife just had enough with the attitude from the lazy staff and went to the car. When the server brought the check out, she tried to skip past the itemization even though she said she'd take the pizza and the bruschetta off. I asked her explicitly if she took the pizza and bruschetta off and she said yes. I went back in the payment system because the price was obviously high, and sure enough everything was still on the ticket. I asked her to remove the pizza and bruschetta, and she had to go get another employee to call the manager because there was no manager AT the restaurant, apparently. Finally, they got him on the phone so he could give his code to remove the pizza and bruschetta from the ticket. He told the employees that he wouldn't allow them to remove the pizza. At this point, I was surprised that they'd even try to get me to pay for this absolute garbage service and far worse "food." I told them they can take the money for the one pizza that came out mostly okay, aside from being burned and covered in honey that was supposed to be spicy and wasn't. Either that, or I would just leave. They really escalated the situation at wvery opportunity to make things worse. They took the payment for 1 pizza and the whiny boy that couldn't make a pizza to save his life was clearly trash talking me, lol.Third time in a row we've been here and it's been absolutely awful. Waste of money. Chapel Hill and Cary locations are great! Burlington location... we'll, it's surprising it's still open.

This was my worst experience dining here. I ordered the BBQ pizza, which I have gotten for years. Half of the toppings were missing, the pizza was burnt, and there was barely any sauce. When it was remade, you could tell that the cook went overboard on purpose and presented me with a pizza soup. Our appetizer was never put in, and we had to argue about the bill. Never returning to this excuse for a restaurant.

My girlfriend and I had ordered two pizzas and hers looked like they had dropped it in the sand and and served it anyways. Mine wasn't as bad but still pretty dusty. We had to wipe off the back of the pizza for it to be remotely edible.

We gave this place a try…..tables were left uncleaned the entire time we were there, the waiter gave us bud light instead of miller light, he never brought out our appetizer, the pizza was burnt, and we had to ask for plates and silverware. Business was extremely slow, but i know someone who works there is pregnant and doesn’t want to work alone, and there was plenty of gossip time, but no service

Service was terrible. Slow with no skill. Resturant is dirty and under staffed. The pizza doesnt hold a candle to Brix in Charlotte. March madness and no basketball on tv. Others left because of that. Staff saying they're closing early. Overall a big let down.

Ordered 3 pizzas online this afternoon for my pickup at the restaurant. I ordered, added gratuity and paid online. I showed up at the restaurant at 6:30PM, as requested in my order and the restaurant was CLOSED, with a handwritten sign on the door saying "we're closed, sorry for the inconvenience." I couldn't believe it, as I've never ordered food and paid for it, just to go the restaurant and find it's closed. I received no text, email or phone call warning me the restaurant was closing and my order wouldn't be available.
